When I had wedding event printing, this store was willing to help and very patient as I made decisions. I will never forget how much they helped me. That was a year ago.
Fast forward a year and they are still my favorite store. I had a rush print job for a shower booklet I made the morning of a shower. Zach and Collin were the best! They committed to a quick turnaround and gave me a perfect book in record time.
I showed up with a gift card from Starbucks for whomever did the printing. Zach immediately said to hand it to Collin. While it wasn’t a huge gift, Collin was very appreciative. Zach was eager to give all the credit to his employee even though I know he helped on the entire project. My hope is that Office Depot gives recognition to this great store manager.

I went to the store 4 times until I was sure which chair would work best with my specific needs of both sitting up straight for meditation and being fully reclined in zero gravity. Tara and Lisa were wonderfully resourceful with helping me brainstorm to reach the right decision. My experience was so positive also because they were personable and generous with their time. When you are struggling with a physical challenge this kind of shopping experience makes all the difference. Buying such an individually tailored product online would have ended up in something like too short of a backrest, or a seat without sufficient cushioning or not enough support.
