They were able to take the vehicle in same day & offered to assist me in getting a rental vehicle.
They originally told me that the repairs would take two weeks, but they called a week and a half later to let me know the vehicle was all finished up.
When I arrived, the vehicle was freshly washed & the repairs looked phenomenal. It looks brand new again. They went above and beyond from beginning to end, and I will certainly be sending anyone I can their way!

Top notch customer service, even when they weren't going to end up with the business. I've had multiple repairs done here with excellent results and this is the first place I would take my next one.

... UPDATE 10-6-2023...... UPDATE 10-10-2023...To summarize my overall experience was unsatisfactory. I had to bring my truck in two times to get everything repaired to be road worthy. The truck still needs to go up there for damages that occurred during the repair but still haven't heard back from NOVAKS. It's been over a week now. I had minimal headlight damage and fender damage and brought my truck to NOVAKS on August 18th. I picked up my truck on August 28th during the day. Upon original inspection at the shop the body repair looked great. I brought my truck home did not drive it at night for a day or two and then I realized on the night of the 30th that my headlight and now my fog lights did not work mind you my fog lights worked when I brought the truck in originally. So I had to figure out how to get my truck back up there again to get the repairs completed properly pertaining to the broken headlight and now the fog lights that are broken all of a sudden. Then upon inspection a couple of days later the emblems on my door that was repainted because of the fender repair are now falling off and one of them was attached crooked. To add insult to injury they charged my insurance company a second time by reopening the claim to do the repairs that they messed up on the first time around. To save myself time and embarrassment I'm just going to remove the door badges myself. I'm not sure what happened with the shop but I do not plan on returning ever. The lady and the younger gentleman were very respectable and courteous. The owner of the shop always had an attitude with me from the moment he found out that I had issues with his repairs. I was also told that one of my emblems could not be found yet I looked on the internet and found it instantly. That was the reasoning for one of them falling off they had to reuse it. Please see pictures below to follow the timeline of the story. I hope nobody else has these issues this has been a nightmare. If I were you I would find somewhere else to get your vehicles repaired unless you have time to play games.UPDATE......THE REPAIRED HEADLIGHT MALFUNCTIONED AGAIN. STILL NEVER HEARD BACK FROM NOVAKS ABOUT THE DOOR EMBLEMS INSTALLED CROOKED AND FALLING OFF AS WELL.I WILL BE CONTACTING NOVAKS AGAIN DURING BUSINESS HOURS.10-10-2023THE EMBLEMS ON THE DOOR WERE REPLACED. AND A COMPLETELY NEW HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY WAS INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME. SO FAR SO GOOD. ?

I had my bumper repaired. Spot on. They did an awesome job, quick, they took care of the insurance/rental side and detailed it. Came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. They do great work!

Had our SUV there for body damage done by road damage from rocks hitting our car. Several area's and windshield fixed or replaced. They did an excellent job and were so easy to work with. The owner personally spoke with me and made sure all was fixed to my satisfaction! Would highly recommend this business to anyone needing a place to have their car worked on. I take ALL of my cars to Novaks! They are the best! They are efficient, fast, have great communication and attention to detail. Best around in my book.
