My review disappeared. that’s OK I’ll repost it. I am a service manager for an OEM dealership. I purchased a 22 Kia Telluride, which I love. By the way I started getting water intrusion and the headlight made an appointment. They told me no problem that’ll be under warranty so after I set the appointment take the vehicle up there. They say well if there’s no water intrusion in the headlight now there’s nothing we can do even though I had a picture of the water intrusion so I left. I called Kia care and they said that there was a TSB on that that had to do with putting a packet inside the headlight and drying it out and then if moisture appeared again that, the headlight would be replaced so I asked him if they could come pick up my vehicle since they made the mistake and they said well we can set an appointment for that but that doesn’t mean we’re actually going to come pick it up. I took it to another dealership so I did , that other dealership get a lot of business they don’t treat customers very well buyer beware

Joseph (JT) Thomas at Napleton Off Lease in St.Peters, MO gave my wife and I a wonderful one-day experience and upgraded our auto life from 2013 to 2020 at a great mo/rate as well as final price with warranty included.
