“I've been going to TAUC in Ofallon for years. They are great about giving you wait time information and are always well-organized. Their in-house pharmacy is a huge convenience when I just don't have it in me to run an extra errand or it's a late eveing and my pharmacy i already closed. and The pharmacy coasts are low. The staff, nurses, techs, doctors, everyone here has always been sympathetic and helpful. I feel they are attentive and interested in helping me feel better AND ruling out any potentially dangerous diagnoses.”

“Definitely recommend doing online appointment. We walked-in at 9:30am and it took a bit before we were taken care of. Only staff present did her very best and had a great hand! We were terrified because of needle, but she did a fantastic job!
Another recommendation, don’t come in a rush, if it takes some time, stop negativity/complaining and just be thankful you have nice staff to take care of you! Just saying :)”

“I had an amazing experience at this location. I am a VERY difficult blood draw, but was able to get my blood drawn without problem. Niecy was one of the phlebotomists who helped me, I wish I had gotten the other phlebotomist’s name so I could thank her by name as well. They were both super friendly and patient, and great at their jobs! I did not have to wait long after checking in before being seen even though the office was visibly busy. It’s very obvious to me that this location is run extremely well. My overall experience could not have gone smoother and the women who helped me could not have been more enjoyable to work with! Thank you!”
“Very conveniently located. I was able to check in via text message on arrival. I waited about 5-7 minutes and was called in. Staff is very friendly, efficient and very competent in sample collection. She explained insurance coverage and when to expect results. Staff was extra kind to my 91 old mother who was also there for a lab draw!”

“Kay at Lab Corp was angel in disguise during my visit. I had just come from an appointment & was feeling pretty emotional. I also had my baby with me. She was very kind & helpful when she realized there was no order sent. She took the lead, helped me call the doctors office, & was so kind to my baby who was getting fussy. She was so generous & caring, helping me & my baby while we waited on the phone & for the order to be sent. She had such good patient care, chatting with me about all mom things. I’m so thankful for her care today. She didn’t know the mood that I came in with but greeted me with such kindness, going above & beyond for me! Thank you, Kay!
