Once again, Sean was amazing! He always goes above and beyond to assess our needs and find solutions. Dominic (sp?) was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying a mattress, that works for 2 people, isn’t easy and it’s a huge commitment. Having sales people who understand that and guide you, without pressure, makes the whole experience feel good. Great experience! Sean did not sell me a bed. He listened to my concerns over the pain and numbness I was experiencing every morning. He showed genuine care to get me in the right bed and pillow to try to make my mornings better! I have never been treated better by a salesperson at any other store. Go see them today!

We shopped a bunch of different stores for a new mattress that was in our budget but also very comfortable. We ended up at mattresses and more and I truly wish we would of just started here, we wouldn't of gone anywhere else! Sean showed us all different types of mattresses and had us test them all out until we found the perfect one! Great customer service and great prices!

Ive never actually bought a mattress but I have visted this store on many occasions and if I was to buy one it would be from here. They always let me come in and lay on their beautiful products where I slip away to another place. While I lay in peace I cannot help but to think the world conspires for me to be happy, not unhappy. It is all a matter of relaxation and pillow top California Kings. Stepping back and taking a good look at the memory foam around me. How could I ever be bored, depressed, frustrated, annoyed or jealous in a world of such infinite napping...

We started at this store and then visited every mattress store we could find in/near Charles County. I hate shopping for something when dealing with sales reps being paid on commission. Our sons old mattress had a spring that was almost poking though we needed something pretty quick, I didn't have a lot of money to spend. Unlike many of the stores we visited, Mattresses and More did not pounce with heavy sales pitches right as we walked through door. I hate feeling pressured into purchasing or pushed into spending a little more for a bigger better product. No heavy sales pitches here. We have been very happy with the bed we purchased for our son. He's sleeping better, we didn't have to spend a ton of money right before Christmas. The store had a nice variety of beds and prices. I would definitely recommend to someone looking. Manager was super friendly, helped us get rid of our old mattress helped us load the new one.

Horrible customer service... bought a mattress from here and it was nothing like what the one we laid on in the store. We immediately called the manager Sean. He told us we had to break it in and if we still were not happy He would exchange it for another one in 30 days. Well after 30 horrible nights and long days i was fed up! we called asking for a full refund because we are worried that the quality is just flat out poor and in not going through 30 more nights of that. They are still refusing its been 3 months we call and Sean says I'll call you back... he never does.. we have filed a complaint with the better business Bureau. We are also going to get the credit card company involved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Thanks for helping us find the perfect bed for our 12 year old. We shopped at several mattress stores, and dealt with several pushy sales people. Mattresses and More never tried to push or talk us into something bigger and better. We had a great experience and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dylan loves his new bed and sleeping better. It was nice to be able to get him something without spending a ton of money right before Christmas.
