All nice when your buying, then absolutely NO Cust SERVICE!
I received my mattress in a un-raveling state! Called the next day and many other days to resolve but no one returned calls. all promises and no return calls. Got a letter 4 months later from the manager stating that their position is that the loose stitching won't affect the warranty so i have to live with it! see photos, then DONT BUY and have to put up with shoddy products and zero customer service! (I would hate to have a warranty problem or any other ). If I could give them a zero i would!
Still fighting and hoping to resolve in florissant!

If I could give a zero I would. Do not buy from this company. I paid over $5,000 for a Serta mattress ONE YEAR AGO and it was never delivered. The store never called to give me an update. I have been calling for months now and they are refusing to refund my money. The store management team is incompetent and no one from corporate will return phone calls. The number on the website is disconnected. This company is a scam and will likely be closing its doors soon. Don't give them your money!!!

Told us our mattress won't be ready for delivery for 6 weeks. It's now over 8 weeks later and STILL waiting for the mattress we purchased without any further estimation of if or when it will ever be delivered. I was told over the phone at 6 weeks they would call me back, they didn't. When I called to check on it, I was told there was nothing to tell because they had no further information available to them and that is just the state of their company right now. They are just spitballing and guessing waiting & delivery times with no basis to back them up. Steer clear.

Bought a new Callaway bed from Mattress Direct several weeks ago. Haven't slept this well in years... kicking myself for not going in sooner and finding the right bed AND pillow!

One Star only because I could not leave less. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED in Mattress Directs customer service.In October 2021, we purchased a mattress and foundation from Mattress Direct Inc. for the amount of $863.59. Due to an extended delivery time, this order was canceled in December 2021. This was prior to our receiving the purchase.In April of 2022 we discovered that the refund of this purchase had never been credited to our credit card account. We contacted Mattress Direct’s O'Fallon store and informed them that we did not receive the refund. They informed us they would contact the corporate office to inquire about the status. We then spoke with an employee at the Bridgeton office and informed him of the situation. He stated that he would be back in contact with us no later the following day. No response was received.A week later, we spoke with another employee at Mattress Direct’s Wentzville location. He emailed Management requesting that she address the issue and contact us.In June 2022, we met in person with the manager at the Bridgeton location. She told us that she would pass the matter to the owner who would meet with "the bookkeeper" sometime within the next 45 to 60 days and he would handle the matter. She stated that she would be in contact with us within 24 hours to confirm. No further communication was received following this visit.In September 2022, we again attempted to contact the owner by certified letter and email. Delivery of the letter was declined, and no reply to the email was received.Finally, having exhausted all options short of small claims court, we contacted the BBB and the Missouri Attorney General. Mattress Direct declined to respond to the BBB, but contacting AG finally convinced the owner to refund our purchase amount in January 2023, after over a year of asking Mattress Direct to address this matter.It is EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTING that a company whose owner paints himself an asset to the local community and upstanding businessman did not have the professionalism or decency to address this claim in an ethical and expedient manner. The overall customer experience was unacceptable. We WILL NOT be a return customer and most defiantly DO NOT recommend this company.

Ben was extremely rude and lazy. He had already “promised” a mattress to another customer before I came in to purchase it after another very nice employee told me it was available. He then refused to let me speak to his manager because they were off today and he wasn’t going to bother them for a customer complaint. He finally ended up calling his manager who simply called another location and the bed was available there. Ben could have easily called other stores for me to check availability but instead chose to bicker and threaten me with being on private property and asking me to leave. He also made it a point to tell me he wasn’t going to get in trouble and that his manager didn’t care about my complaint against him.

We bought a new bed here yesterday. Eric provided the best customer service I've experienced in years. He was so knowledgeable, kind and answered every single question I had. I even gave him a call later in the day with yet another question and he immediately helped. I highly recommend making your bed buying experience as smooth as possible by going to Mattress Direct and letting Eric take care of everything. Thanks, Eric!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience purchasing a new mattress. We were dreading a full afternoon of shopping around, but this was our first and only stop. Sean was great to work with. He was very personable and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were offered a very fair price, which made it easy to go along with the purchase. We would highly recommend Mattress Direct the next you are in need of a new mattress!
