We ordered a couch from here and it was supposed to be delivered back in November. They delayed it till end of December then delayed it again till January then delayed it again till mid February which is now. And now we called to see the status and they said it is being delayed once again till April. This place is absolutely horrible and all they want is your money. They are not trustworthy! Do not buy furniture here!!! Their customer service is absolutely horrible and they do not even notify you when there are delays. Never buying anything from here ever again!!

2 checkouts on the entire floor both backed up 10 deep. Then the poor salesperson had no clue about additional discounts, even with the coupon. No manager available.

Great women's clothing selection and awesome sale prices. Super nice and helpful cashiers, but short staffed, like everywhere else, so only one register was open and the wait was rather long, made longer by customers unprepared to check out. One of the cashiers kept apologizing for the wait and thanked us for our patience more than once. The wait won't stop me from shopping there though because the prices were so great and the quality of the clothing is so nice. The store was very clean and I was happy to see many shoppers at the mall. I hate buying clothing online and hope the mall survives!

Standing in the jewelry department a long time and trying to pay and buy jewelry. They have zero customers except me, and ignore me. Wow.

Poor customer service at the jewelry counter. They have a lot of nice stuff behind the glass but don't ever think you can buy it. Went there to look at purchasing a watch only to have 2 saleswoman just looking at me without ever acknowledging me. No one else was around. Left and came back 30 minutes later to have saleswoman ignore me again. Finally left after 15 minutes. I don't know how the manager is training them but he must be asleep at the wheel. I'm sure they will go out of business soon.

Horrible place to buy furniture. Tried to buy a dining room set that I seen online and didn't have it in store so I asked if the chesterfield store did so the man helping us called and said they did. So after driving to chesterfield and finding the table I was told they didn't sell furniture in store you could only get it shipped to your address. Couldn't pick it up from store or nothing just a way for them to get another 200 dollars. Hate that I even had to give it 1 star.

There is no respect for the customer at this place. They treat me in a way that shows disrespect, a way that expresses them as people who do not have the same morals as other people in the business I came here to buy some clothes but I did not find any help from any party inside this place in order to get what I need but I couldn't because I saw some not honest employee working in this place The only person who bears responsibility in this case is the owner or the manager are busy for what is happening inside this place expelled from the shop in an unusual way I mean, the administration has all the responsibility for what happens inside this place.

Two stars? Yes, for the overwhelming stench (of urine?) in the ladies dressing room, on the side closest to the Suemandy Drive entrance, on the north side of the store. I browsed the large selection on the lower level for a good hour looking for a few long desired household items, deciding on a toaster oven, a deep fryer, a knife sharpener and a waffle maker. The line at the register became long and I couldn't find the toaster oven in a box on the shelves below the Cuisinart product I wanted. There wasn't a free sales associate to look around for me, but with such amazing Labor Day sale prices, I knew I wanted to get the items today. I figured I would kill a little time by seeing if there were any clothes I wanted to try on. I headed back up the escalator and choose one sleeveless black shirt with a lovely scoopneck. When I walked into the dressing room, I almost just did an about face. Instead, I figured I would hold my breath, or just mouth breathe, because it was only the one item I was trying on. It actually smelled like someone went to the bathroom in there and it never got cleaned up! Like it soaked into the carpet and just became more and more ripe. (Yeah, I know. It's gross.) The fit wasn't great, so I abandoned the shirt and after that experience, there was no way I wanted to try another dressing room. Being an upscale department store, with products and prices to match, it's amazing they sell any women's clothes in that area - and how one tiny, awful smelling room can wreck an otherwise pleasant shopping experience.
