I broke down in St Charles on a Sunday evening and was referred to them by my tow truck driver Joel at A1. I called Monday morning they had the car looked at in a timely manner, found the problem, had to order the parts from the dealer, but still had me on the road and heading home by Tuesday afternoon. Great service. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this shop since I was 16 years old. And I am thirty one now and I don't plan on going to anyone else but him. The owner is the nicest man ever. And has always been honest with me and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would, was supposed to do a diagnostic on my car and wasn’t listening when I was explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. Too busy taking calls in the middle of me explaining what the issue with my car was. Had my car for a week just for it to still not start not even 24hrs after the pickup. When I called back to tell him what happened to the car, was told I didn’t tell him what the problem was and rushed me off the phone. Was told I would receive pictures explaining what was wrong… never received them. Super professional would not recommend the shop.

I took my car to Kenmark and after 2 weeks he called to say it had a bad battery. It took another week to install the replacement battery (which I provided because the "old" battery was only 3 months old and was under warranty). He called to say it was ready after 3+ weeks. When I went to pick up my car it would not start (the car was sitting in his parking lot and would not start). He made some lame excuse that it needed to time to "reset" and that it was low on gas. I got the car home and called to inquire why I still had the same issues that I took the car in for 3 weeks prior. He told me I needed to replace the engine and that it would be a minimum of $2000 in labor to remove the engine and figure out what is wrong. Hummm - if it took 3 weeks and more that $300 dollars to swap a battery out; my guess is that it would be 2 years and $1000's to replace the engine which most likely is not the problem. I do not recommend this shop.Service: Battery

I went there for a certain reason with my electrical he came outside and checked everything and said it's all good didn't charge me a dime I'm going back to get my four-wheel drive serviced very nice man

October 11, 2021 Can was taken to Kenmark for the heat not working, the same problem started again in the middle of April 2021.Firstly, the blower regulator is sometimes called a resistor I was told today that the car needed a resistor and a ***** motor, this guy is very rude and talk to you like you a child that he never wanted. He charged my son $210 for a at high end is $80 and $129 flat fee to check out the car and another $537 in labor for a **** that totaled $892.79 A total of $668 in labor alone for a car that is having the same problem So if you want to be talked at like your a child that a father never wanted and to be rip off at the same time, by all means take your car to him.

I would like to thank the amazing experience we had using Kenmark Auto Repair. Fast, friendly service. The owner was friendly, very professional, and offered some good insight for our future car buying ventures. All too often people are quick to talk about a bad experience, but not share about a great experience. Being from a small town, I find it super important to keep your business local and shop small businesses. Especially given what’s going on in our world today.
