Better customer service than any of the big box stores.

Got the most beautiful tiles for my bathroom. So helpful by letting me know which tiles are good for the floor . The ones I picked were not. An I didn't feel silly

We had the pleasure of working with Ren (cabinet designer) and Hoods for our first floor remodel. Ren's knowledge and care is second to none. Hoods was able to source our flooring, cabinets, backsplash and hardware in a one stop shop. We had a great experience.

I was impressed with Weber. While he was loading our flooring he noticed a slightly damaged box and went back to switch them out. At any of the big box stores I would have had to load it on a cart, check it out myself and then load it in the truck.

Lots of merchandise for kitchen & bath. Cabinets were in boxes so unable to view.

Dan (and the whole team at the St. Peter's location) was extremely helpful. He helped us special order the trim we needed and even fast tracked the order. Other Hoods locations are closer to my house but I have continued to shop at the St. Peter's location because of the helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thanks!
