I took my son here & asked for a fade showed a picture of what wanted. We normally go to sports clips which will be doing from now on.She had me check his hair it was all just buzzed the same length on the sides so not a fade. Accepting this I said just trim the top just a tad it was still almost in his eyes. I go to check it she chopped it as short as it could go. It looks awful & he goes around with his hoodie covering his head. Will never go back.

It's a nice place to go for a reasonable no-frills haircut. Just as I was looking for. The salon is bright and clean.

My Family and I have been attending this site for the past 3 years and service we thought it was great. But unfortunately, today it was not so. My husband made an appointment for my son and I; so my husband made sure the appointment was set under my phone number even though our account is under his. When we arrived I told the girl the appointment was under my son name plus one as it showed in the screen. In order for her to find us I let her know to look us up under my husband name so she checked us in with no problem. She called us but then she mention she had made a mistake and bumped us down and let 4 other people ahead of us, once my son was call I noticed my name had been set to the bottom. So because of the girl checking us in made a mistake one of the ladies was bad mouthing to the rest of the crew that I had made an appointment for one and was trying to sneak another appointment. The point is I heard everything which I was really disappointed and embarrassing so now my family and I are moving our Services to another place. Wow, this could have been resolved if they could have clarified the situation and not embarrassed me and my kid.

I have been to this great clips multiple times and had excellent experiences and was happy with my haircut. So this review is not over this location as a whole, but I was very upset as I just got my worst haircut ever. I get the same haircut every time I go in there. This time I was met by a different person named autum, and I was less than satisfied with the haircut I got. My haircut is a very easy haircut, but she screwed it up and made it extremely short. She also took less than 5 minutes to complete my haircut which my hair typically takes about 10-15 minutes. I will still be going to this great clips, but hopefully this does not happen to me again

I told the lady I needed a solid cut cuz my hair was falling out cuz of extensions; first she didn’t shampoo it, gross, was rude as F, and when I asked her to trim the top layers, she said no, now off to a find a real salon, worst 18 buck I ever spent
