Hair was cut way too short. 2 products were used which just weighted down my hair. She washed those products out and put a third product on and told me I would just have to play with my hair. Worst experience ever at Great Clips.Services: Haircut

15 min haircut was sloppily done and uneven. I had to go home and trim several spots. This great clips had the highest reviews so I was hopeful but was disappointed at the quality of service I received.Update: I have received no reply after emailing the company.
