I had sever back pain after my surgery. I had 2 separate Physical therapist before Freedom Fitness but I had no progress. My trainer Danny has been able to help me make Hugh progress where PT couldn't.

Been going here a month now and this is a great gym. I train with Casey Owens but all the trainers there make you feel welcomed and like they’ve known you for years. Everyone is more than happy to help you or answer questions. Can’t recommend this gym enough
