“I recently ordered a floral arrangement from Mary Tuttle's for my aunt's 80th birthday, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! I placed my order over the phone and was initially a bit hesitant because I've had bad experiences in the past when ordering flowers online. Often, what arrived was nothing like what I paid for or anywhere near the value. But at Mary Tuttle's, the service was exceptional from start to finish.
Patty, who helped me place the order, was so kind and patient. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure to communicate all my preferences to the designer, Heather. Patty even sent me pictures of the arrangement before it was sent out to ensure I was happy with it, and she made the changes I requested without hesitation. Heather worked her magic and created an arrangement that was beyond what I had imagined—it was absolutely stunning!

“Most places you don't get a while lot for what you pay. I got a very sizable (and lovely) set of flowers for my wife for our anniversary, and she loves them. On a side note, I elected to get a balloon attached saying "happy anniversary." When I went to pick up I almost left before noticing it said "happy birthday" instead. The lady behind the counter apologized and immediately fixed the issue and even threw in s couple of extra balloons for the "trouble." I don't buy flowers very often, but I will certainly be back for any future purchases. Thank you!”
