The woman / person in charge had some attitude when we were in the store. I interacted with 4 people, the "person in charge", the cashier, and 2 volunteers. 2 volunteers were very nice and are great people. The "person in charge" and the cashier/a woman with long dark hair were very rude sarcastic and talkative behind customers backs.While I was inspecting a product I overheard the "person in charge" saying why don't they just buy it. And the cashier responding with a I know its so cheap. But I did not say anything as I listened. The other volunteers could hear them as well and asked me if I needed any help. I simply said I want to make sure there is nothing wrong as I wont buy something broken or damaged/ missing parts. "the person in charge" and the cashier need to work on their people skills as they have none.

Despite this place should be showing God's love to people and families, horrible people work there. The cashier with long dark hair and her bestie (the woman in charge) are full of judge, sarcasm, and hatred towards people. They were literally talking inappropriately beind customers' back in front of other customers. They used inappropriate name for the senior and made sarcastic comments about customers in public! Cannot even wait till they are alone to do their hateful conversations. The other rolled her eyes at you and showed an attitude towards you even when you were just asking her a question. Wow! How will some place be a good one if the person in charge is full of hatred towards their customers? No wonder other peoples' reveiews reflect their problems.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND*Very prejudice and accusing me of changing tags to an item that was" too cheap to be true " it went from $1 to $10 and the only excuse was " someone changed the price to this item , the manager stated that customers do that all the time !!! The cashier went to the back to grab a bag for my item and when the item came back the price has been completely changed and i have GOD AS A WITNESS the price was $1 and the tag look like new so nobody really changed the price , the supervisor lady said " this is a vintage camera " first of all this place is not an antique shop to be pricing ' FREE ITEMS ' AS VINTAGE and changing the already stated price on a item for a 1000% more of the listed price . Someone should be ashamed , i've been going there for 5 years and my family donates items all the time to be treated with discrimination or prejudice . Most of these people's hearts are rotted and talk about customers behind their backs .They're pricing free items with online prices when that should be totally wrong and illegal because they don't pay any taxes on this items they sell like online stores do plus they're " FREE DONATIONS !!!!!!!. Stop being greedy and be the store you once was 4 yrs ago this store was great , now is a total bust and everything is getting priced by online , they forgot their mission that is HELPING PEOPLE WITH LOW RESOURCES and being greedy took over the real purpose of this store sadly .NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES USE MASKS AND THEY FORCE CUSTOMERS TO USE IT !!!!They know who i am and let's see how i get treated next time i go there .Please don't leave me a comment saying you're sorry when you see all the BAD REVIEWS AND DO NOTHING TO GIVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

When me and my husband arrived at Fish for our 1st time I was very nervous, and a lil embarrassed. We have been struggling since covid hit us and can't seem to get ahead. We have been going to food pantries and had to ask for help to pay our utilities bc we both lost our jobs due to the pandemic. But the people at Fish welcomed us and reassured us that asking for help was a courageous decision. We are very grateful to have such an heart warming organization to help us in our time of struggle. Update my second experience: This same woman in the attached picture was taking customers' temperature at the front door. She made sure to stalk you through the store and watch over your shoulder while you were doing your shopping. She was even talking about custmers behind your back with other staff. Literally, when organizing my clothes and putting them in bag, she started "do not over-fill your bag, you can go buy as many bags as you want etc." again, and was standing in front of me Watching me. If it really bothers her, the store can assign somebody at the back door to make sure people are not leaving with bursted bag, so customers can enjoy their shopping experience instead of being stalked, lectured(not helped), talked behind and watched!She is the bad fish to make sure destroying your shopping experience because you cannot avoid her stalking you. I read other reviews and their bad experiences match her inappropriate behaviors.I went to the store for the very first time ever today 6/28/2021 for the fill-a-bag, everyone was kind and tried to help Except the desk at the front door woman who sold the bags. After I purchased the bag and was finishing my shopping, she was wandering the store and saw me and my bag which was not full, saying "Do you want to buy a second bag?" I told her I was almost done, she replied," Do not fill it burst full." in a very snarky way and she was very hostile! I did Not do anything to be treated in that way. I am thinking why someone so hostile and hateful would work in a such lovely and heart-warming place?

I’ve been donating to FISH for 20 years. I’ll never go there again! The 3 men at the receiving dock all wanted to argue with me about my Biden/Harris decal on my truck. This started the minute I got out of my truck. Not just argue, but call the current President a “crook and not even a good Catholic”. I recommend nobody donate to FISH because of these men on their receiving dock. Totally inappropriate!
