They are doing an awesome job of making sure Goldie heals quickly. Thanks for being there for all our pets over the past years and the ones to come.

An amazing staff, fast, reliable and caring service. My favorite veterinarian establishment I’ve ever been to.

I had left Arch Animal for a vet office closer to my house and slightly cheaper but came right back. This office truly cares about their fur patients and sets the standard for pet care very high. Could not recommend more. Staff is so welcoming and you feel like top priority.

Arch Animal Hospital West has been my go-to veterinarian office for the past three years. They helped me through several "ruff" times. It never crossed my mind that I would have to switch to a different office so soon. However, my recent concerns were not handled well by Heather & Brittany, leaving me confused & disappointed. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction through the app, I was dismissed. I even contacted the other location for clarification, and while they agreed that the situation was mishandled, I never received any follow-up.It appears that with Dr. Kyle leaving, Arch Animal Hospital West no longer values my business or trust. Despite this, I'd like to extend a special thanks to Dawn, Alyssa, and Alexis for always making me feel at home over the years. Dr. Kyle, we will miss you (so very much) and wish you the best in Illinois.

Dr. Woodrum and her staff are fantastic! My husband and I are new to town so we didn’t have a vet set up yet. My poor boy was having bloody stool. I called around to a few places and this place was the only one that was more than willing to have us come in. They got us a quick appointment but told us we were welcome to head over. As soon as we got there we were put into a room. Shortly after the vet tech arrived to the room. She was very knowledgeable and let us know what she thought the vet might do and gave us an estimate of what the most expensive path the doc might take. She was sure to let us know the break down of all the pricing and that it was an estimate. Dr. Woodrum came in shortly after and was very kind. She even sat on the ground and let my boy get all of his excitement out. She listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. She even let me go out to their wonderful large fenced in yard to help make sure my boy was comfortable enough to give a sample. Even though it was the end of their business day they never once made us feel rushed. They were very personable and answered any type of questions I had. Related to the visit or not. They also let us stay in the room for a bit after the appointment to avoid crossing paths with a non dog friendly dog in the waiting room. The next day they called to check in with us about how our dog was doing and give us an update on his sample. (Let us know they haven’t gotten the results yet but will when they do.) Thank you all for the wonderful care of my dog! <3

Took my pet in for much needed surgery. They sedated her but did not do any surgery. She was messed up for 3 days from the sedation. They charged me approximately $650. They said they would give her a free nail trim. They did not. They did nothing but didn't offer me any money back. I don't recommend them. Think hard before you go there.

Chewy was coughing more than usual. He has a heart murmur and coughing is a side effect of it.Saw Dr. W, who is new to the practice. She did x-rays and explained them to me in depth.Service was great, and all the staff was friendly. Olivia did a great job with Chewy.

Great service from all of the vets and the technicians. They go above and beyond to make my fur babies fee comfortable. I have even had them ask how my other fur babies are doing that are not at my current appointment.

I'm a nutty furmother, happy to admit it.I question everything that scares me.I panic at the slightest change in my dog.I simultaneously use multiple forms of communication to express said concerns.Yet, somehow, this place keeps up!My family has used Arch Animal Hospital West since mid-2020. They helped my parents successfully treat their Cairn for Cushing's. They recommended an excellent training facility for my brother's Goldendoodle. They comforted me and assisted in treatment of Hemangiosarcoma for my beloved dog son (may he Rest in Peace). And now they're holding my hand while I raise my littlest dogter, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi.Without a doubt, I recommend Arch Animal Hospital West. They just do things well - and with care! From Alyssa & Dawn/team at the front, to the techs who handle samples & nail trims, to Dr. Kyle/other vets... they offer a full package for vethealth services. They even partner with Emergency & Urgent Care teams during their off-hours.And I just gotta add for the reviews comparing & contrasting past management... You aren't giving this team a fair chance. Nothing is the same as it was. These people care!

So, this is continuing conversation from my wife below my comment. Un professional comments from doctor that they will not tolerate comments that are true. If you check their Facebook you cant leave comments of their office. Do not use this office. My dog was 9, doctor falsified information of dog dying condition, he never died of heart issues. In addition he classified private information on yelp. Doctors office was contacted 4 days ago while doctor was in "training", but he was to busy to answer and remove false information of the site, just like he failed to contact us as our Cocker Spaniel was dying at urgent care due to lack of care. He was the patient of their office for 9 years, he deserved the care.

STAY AWAY!Hospital was good during old ownership, now its all about money. So yes if your pet has no major issues they collect money well, if your pet has emergency, they dont answer and they wont help. I had 8 yr old dog that just passed in urgent care, begged the office to call them 3 times, they where to busy to reach out, he passed in 24 hrs. Terrible service not to see the condition and to care

The veterinarian by the name of Timothy Holt is a fraud and a crook. He is preforming orthopedic surgeries without being certified. He has preformed multiple surgeries on dogs and failed miserably. We are currently working to have his DVM license removed. Multiple Veterinarians have verified he is not board certified to preform these orthopedic surgeries.
