All the employees are very helpful and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile. I also love that this location is open late as I can never make it to the other locations by 4pm.

I have banked at FCCU for many years. When I was working, I banked at the Chesterfield location. The people there were always helpful & friendly. Now that I am retired, I bank at either the FCCU inside the JUNGERMAN Walmart or the Bank on Mid Rivers Mall main location for this area here in St Charles County. I can't say enough good things about all the men & women that work at these locations! Always there with a smile & a helping attitude for anything you need!

I absolutely have to say this. This bank has the most incredible caring professional intelligent real managers tellers and whatever else positions there are there this is out of all the banks I've ever dealt with in my life of 52 years just the most incredible human beings in the staff I would love to go into details it would take too much are just I wouldn't Bank anywhere else. thank you and happy New Year and warmest wishes from Puck and crew

All I asked for was change for a $20 bill, not a 20min conversation about her policy and it not being her problem. Simple kindness will not be found here. Go elsewhere.

All lobby’s are closed and you can only use the drive through. This location is the worst at the drive through. 30-45 min wait because they take so long on each customer. The Midrivers location is much faster, even with long lines I can get through it in about 15min.

This is my favorite branch! The employees are very polite, offer friendly service, and are willing to go out of their way to help you. They have very convenient hours, and are always very efficient.

I needed to make a deposit, but the one in Mid Rivers was closed already so I googled the next closest First Community which led me to the Jungerman Wal-Mart. They were busy but the girl smiled and said hello acknowledging I was there. She was helping a man who seemed to not understand how to get in the app on his phone. She had to repeat the same thing over and over, but not one time did she seem frustrated or bothered to help. When it was my turn I learned her name was Sarah. She greeted me again with a welcoming smile and a nice conversation. I have to say that she really made me feel happy. So Thank you Sarah!!

Called to ask a simple question about a zip code. Customer service was terrible telling me it will be on a piece of mail, which is incorrect as I do not receive mail from the place I send my Loan check to (it's a P.O. box). Then, she hung up on me while I was still talking. Extremely rude! I called back a few minutes later and spoke with someone else who gave me the information I needed :)
