Located in Mid Rivers Mall. Staff was very friendly, helpful and understood the inventory, as far as what's a good deal and what is popular and trending. Hiring staff got it right with this bunch of young adults on staff. Staff showed patience, and were eager to please. All inventory I was interested in was available and an added bonus they accept Afterpay :) Store was clean and clutter free. Another added bonus. :) Sales on top of sales were in my eye lenses. I walked away feeling vindicated.

I visit the store to try to get some new shoes, the environment was terrible, the staff wasn't of help at all, checking the shelves I found a couple of item missing price that I like when I asked for the price the response was so rude nobody knew what to do and when someone came to help he was so rude and took forever to pull the prices of the articles. After all I liked the shirt so I went I tried to pay for it but there was a confusion in between the workers again meaning that I shouldn't had paid cash at that register, the worker open the register took a pill of change and give it to me. Not happy at all after leaving I return trying to get my money back and the attitude was just worse I told him I wanted my money back and he said that change was already mine, so he opened the register and gave me 41 more cents. The price of the shirt was $32,69 and I paid with a $20, $10 and $5 bill, the change was given to me all in 5 cents coins, when I came back to return the item and the change I only got $32,41 back of the total $35 I gave to him for the shirt. Not only I was treated like thrash but my money was taken away, I couldn't control my emotions so I threw the rest of the change to the worker which I'm sorry for but after that 6 male worked came out behind me trying to attacked me, they acted so gangster forgetting completely they were at work and I was the costumer trying to spend, I felt harassed and in danger I will never come back to this so called "shoe business", more like a gangster hang out spot I would say!!!

This used to be my favorite location. I went here to get some shoes for my daughter to work out in. Man, they've gone downhill and have fallen hard. The counters was covered with so much stuff there was barely room for customers. I went there this past Saturday and there were 4 people on the floor. However, I STILL had to ask for assistance. Then the girl came back again to ask me for the size shoe I needed after confirming the first time. Lastly, there were 3 people behind the counter and I was just standing there until I FINALLY asked if anyone was checking out customers. Only then did the guy check me out. If I didn't have a preference for the points, I would have left those shoes there and went elsewhere. I'll probably not go to this location again.

Selection is limited and store looked dirty sitting on the bench trying shoes on and all the trash under the 2 benches trash through out the store looks to need a good vacuum lint everywhere

Prices are pretty good selection is not. Staff is helpful and prompt to answer questions there just isnt enough selection to warrent more stars. Its a great store but nothing to stand out to look at for choice.

I went to the St Peters location inside the mall to get some insoles for work. Mattie was awesome and help me find exactly what I needed. She listened to me bad worked with me to find the perfect insole for my new job that has me walking around 8 to 9 miles a day. She even explained the warranty process to me. If you are looking for a great place to buy shoes or insoles and are looking for someone who is truly dedicated to helping you instead of just making a commission go see Mattie at finish line in St. Peters. Mattie truly cares about the customer abd the customers experience.

Went to the Finish Line in Mid Rivers Mall they don't have a very good selection of shoes or clothes but I go to that one when I win on the Raffles for the new drops!
