I used them to send O2 concentrator to India. They were the fastest and cheapest as well. It was delivered on time to India without any issues. There was a minor issue later in billing (with fedex), but they went beyond their normal to get that fixed. I would definitely use them for future and also recommend them to all friends.

They provides exceptional customer service! They are very transparent with costs, timing and is very quick to respond to questions either via email/phone. It is very stressful to choose a courier, especially when it was during second wave covid19 in india. They helped us sending oxygen concentrator to india without any hassle. I would give him more than 5 stars and they are always my go to for immediate courier needs. You absolutely will not be disappointed, detailed instructions were provided in the email.

Also I received step by step guidance from filling google form to paying GST in India from Mr Anand. Text response I received was very quick and outside business hours too.
