Super grateful for the Saturday team! Although super busy they knew I was in a fix & they worked me in anyway! Helped me select the appropriate replacement tire & got it on & me back on my way in no time! Even realized that when my tires were rotated elsewhere the car's system wasn't correctly reprogrammed & corrected that. All done with a cheerful attitude & smiles in spite of the heat! Excellent team & Yep, when my car needs attention in the future I'll be back!

Great techs, front staff and very kind, knowledgeable, fast and FAIR. They request services but don't push you. The management is amazing. I won't go anywhere else. Always a great experience.

Very disappointed. Received 3 phone calls from 3 different people at Dobbs. One suggested an oil change (George), one suggested an alignment (John) who said it would take at least 30 minutes to complete, and one minute later Scott called and said my car was ready. When I arrived I asked Scott if I could talk to George or John, oddly neither of those two people existed. I questioned how an alignment could be achieved within one minute? Scott avoided and deflected my questions by adding coupons to the final bill. I questioned why those coupons were not automatic, then Scott removed the alignment charge rather than honestly address my questioning. Basically, can anyone call a customer or is that only the function of the customer service representative?

This place will do a bad job on your vehicle and expect you to pay for the rental while they keep it to fix it. They finished fixing my verdict and instead of parking it out front in handicap since I have handicap plates, they parked it 5 rows over and expected me to go walk around the large parking lot to look for it!
