Only only reason I gave it a star is because that's the only way they would let me review it. NEVER would I believed it if I hadn't been standing there myself. This guy (James P.) cussed at me, while yelling at me and spitting on me in my face; pounding his hands on the walls and tables because I didn't want to pay an extra $600 for a car that wasn't even worth $400. He says it needed it to pass a state safety inspection. I stood there and asked politely to have the estimate so I could show it to my parents to help me see where I can come up with the money. He refused to give it to me screaming and yelling at me in front of my daughter and other customers !!!!!! If I didn't want to pay it today and get it scheduled then I didn't want to have it done. "Good for you, have your wheels fall off while you drive," he told me. Scared the hell out of my daughter. NEVER GO THERE !!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! DEFINITELY WILL BE REPORTING HYMN TO THE BBB !!!!

I took my 2002 Volvo to DNK for a severe oil leak and accidently went in on the wrong day for the fix and Dan was still able to take my car in and do the repair for me at a reasonable cost. He also replaced and repaired a few other interior parts for me as well. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you Dan!
