I felt compelled to write a review because every experience I've had at the "Diamond Shoppe" has been so good. These guys can do anything you want, they work with your schedule, remember your last conversation and actually listen to your wants and needs. Very knowledgeable non pushy staff. They're my go-to location for anything jewelry related.

The owner he always does great with all my watches I bring there! Iv brought him ten watches and less then a week they were all ready for me! Great pricing! Plus his shop has great artwork! All around good vibes!

I was desperate to get my rings removed due to swelling in my fingers. The jeweler dropped what he was doing to cut the rings from my finger. It was not a particularly easy task given the swelling in my finger joint. He persevered to get it off. What a relief. No charge. Very thankful to him. Beautiful shop. Will return to do business in the future.

Jeff rebuilt my wedding ring. The ring is absolutely STUNNING. Jeff is professional and a man of his word and that's hard to find when dealing with any type of sales. I needed to get my girlfriends ring cut off as her finger reacted to the metal (we got this ring from a friend of ours) Jeff was able to get the ring off in no time, and gave us some cool company while trying to get it off. He also didn’t charge us for the cut off either and saved us a lot of time and money by keeping us from having to make a trip to the ER. This place is great and I think I’ll come back to get her a new ring someday :) overall, 5/5 if you wanna go somewhere for jewelry services, they’re helpful and friendly here

Excellent service, Jeff is very professional and did a great job at repairing my wife's engagement ring. He was able to fortify and repair the band of the ring while keeping the original look of it.
