I’ve bought many cars in my lifetime and this was generally one of the most painless and pleasant of the purchases. My sales person was Chandler Beck and he was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very pleasant to work with. I came in on a Wednesday test drove the car worked out a deal and came in the next day to pick it up by that time Chandler and I had created somewhat of a friendship and we’re joking and telling each other Personal stories. That young man is absolutely an asset to David Sinclair Lincoln He is to be commended on his sales personality. This is my second Lincoln. I don’t remember who I purchased the first one from but Chandler definitely made an impression on me and I will remember him.

Dave Sinclair Lincoln St. Peters and sales consultant, Chandler Beck, provide a top notch car buying experience and take customer service to new heights. The dealership was quick to respond to my internet inquiry regarding a hard-to-find 2024 Nautilus earmarked as “in transit”. Where other dealerships would not provide any info regarding arrival dates of “in-transit” vehicles, Dave Sinclair Lincoln knew precise arrival dates. Chandler was great to work with and made the process flow smoothly. There was no pressure to buy only what was on the lot and they were focused on making sure that I got the vehicle that I absolutely wanted. I was able to reserve the preferred vehicle and complete most aspects of the vehicle purchase electronically prior to delivery day. This streamlined the process and got the vehicle in my garage quickly and I could not be happier thanks to Chandler and Dave Sinclair Lincoln St Peter’s, MO.

Bought a car on 7/15. Blew a tire in a pothole a mile outside of the dealer. Gave them the car and they fixed it fast and delivered it back to me. Excellent service.

As much as our first visit to handle some warranty work didn't go so well, mainly things that were easily fixed and cleaned. They did make it right before we left. But that was then, this is now.
This visit went off without a hitch. The service, especially the sales staff, is second to none. Our salesman, Jake Worley, was awesome and continues to be. He stops by the lounge to say hi whenever our vehicle is there for service, which has all been for scheduled maintenance. We've only had a couple of issues with our 2020 Corsair, 2.3L turbo.
We love the vehicle, although it took some adjustment when we've been used to our 2007 Mercury Mountaineer which we chose to keep since it's age really didn't give much for trade, although its only at 110,xxx miles and a couple Ford Explorers. 93, 02, 06.
But this is what my wife wanted, to downsize but upsize in luxury. Mission accomplished. We will definitely be back when it's time to trade in the Cosair, maybe for a Nautilus. That's what I'm looking at, but this is my wife's vehicle.
Thank you, Jake, for your attention to detail, and you were correct when we had so many apprehensions, and you said, "We're different here, you'll see."

My wife needed a battery right away because her 2017 Lincoln MKZ Reserve was failing fast. I called Dave Sinclair Lincoln and spoke with service advisor Mike and he advised me to bring the car in right away on. Saturday after 1:00 pm.
My wife and I drove to the dealership Mike met with us and took our Lincoln in right away, showed us to the waiting room area, offered refreshments and advised our service should not take long. Half an hour later Mike came to the waiting area and announced that the work was completed on our Lincoln and it had been washed and ready to go.
