Get in line on the prices of prescription drugs especially for seniors. I was charged triple the cost for a RX at CVS compared to what I had been paying for the same RX at Walgreens. I am now a FORMER CVS customer.

I love this pharmacy because of Julia the pharmacist. I recommend her and this pharmacy to all my friends and family. To improve, please support Julia in whatever manner possible. How in the world is she able to remember me and my family and my health needs? But she does! She is so caring, provides personalized support, and I can't speak highly enough of her.

We always have a great experience at CVS. I can't think of anything I'd change. Our pharmacist Julia and her lead Alaura are always friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions we may have. Exceptional service!

Want to say how much I appreciate the efficiency, kindness and helpfulness of your pharmacist, Julia Jain at the MidRivers Mall location. She has given over and above service to my husband and myself. Thank you Julia!

I've never been turned down for getting my flu vaccine before as a walk up... I mean there was a reason I went ahead and walked up instead of making the appointment.... She says she's by herself and I think that CVS/target should be very embarrassed that they can't even manage to keep pharmacists I'm sure this is a very cush job for them by comparison of other places. But you guys get one star because you're failing the community on something that is the most basic service that all pharmacies should be able to provide to the people. How sad.

Honestly, I switched from one CVS to this one because the staff here are nice and go above and beyond to help the people who see them. I have nothing bad to say about them.

Love all girls that work there. They are so friendly and helpful. We have never had a problem with either getting our prescriptions or getting shots that are available there. So much better than Walgreens!

Don't expect to be able to contact them over the phone. They have consistently picked up the phone and hung it up just to end my call. Or they will pick up the phone and leave it sitting there muted until I hang up. The only time they seem to care about your medical needs are when you are face to face in the store.

The amount of time it is taking to get prescriptions filled is ridiculous. It will be “in process” for days. I had one text confirmation that I wanted a refill. I said yes and got a reply back saying it would be ready Friday by noon. This was a Thursday so that made sense. It was not ready until Tuesday. And that is just one example. I called yesterday to check up on my birth control pills since today was my last one and I had them put the prescription on auto renewal. Yester

I called yesterday to check up on my birth control pills since today was my last one and I had them put the prescription on auto renewal. Yesterday in was in process. No word from them today. If these were the only incidents I wouldn’t think much of it but for the last 6 months or so it has happened with every single prescription I’ve gotten filled. There have been a few times I’ve gone in to pick up since the prescription has been turned in days before and they weren’t ready. Each time they told me I could wait for them to fill it. I guess the tactic should be to just go in and they’ll have to fill it.
