Worst store ever, my girlfriend went in for nail files and a powder for her nails and then was told they only sell to people with a cosmetology license which makes no sense and nowhere is it posted anywhere on there website nor store, if you don’t wanna spend too much money and have to deal with ignorant people I wouldn’t shop here

If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

I love this store. I just wish they sold Redken so I wouldn’t have to go to State anymore. The people who work here are SO much friendlier! Update: This really didn’t last long.This is basically a somewhat nicer Sally Beauty except they never have anything in stock and just came out of my way to pick up a product that I know they actually do have and the door is locked… all the lights are on so I’ve waited to see if anyone eventually came and nope.

Lindsay was not helpful …I asked her for a razor for Eyebrows which they didn’t have. I asked her another question and she literally told me that they don’t pay her enough for customer service. She needs to be FIRED! As a business owner, I would not want her to represent my company.

I was super disappointed with how my 7 year old daughter was treated yesterday while at the store with my mom and I. My mom is a cosmetologist and brought us there to get some product. I turned the wrong way, so they got there a little before me and were inside when I got there. My mom tends to let my daughter do what she wants to (like most Gmas do ?) so she was pushing around a cart with nothing in it in the back of the store pretending like she was shopping. She wasn’t touching anything because she knows better, but when I walked in I had her come by me. From the moment I walked in, I could already tell that my daughter was annoying the lady that was working. She just kept rolling her eyes at her and looking very cross. My mom asked me to ask her about a shampoo for my daughter, so I did. I received a very short response and a point in a general direction. I asked again when I didn’t find it, my daughter was with me and she walked me to the isle this time, pointed to the product, pointed a product out to my mom and then took the cart my daughter was pushing around without asking us if we were using it and put it away loudly. At this point, I looked at my mom and said loudly that I was ready to leave and wasn’t buying anything. I said she obviously didn’t want my daughter there and didn’t want to help me. She must have heard me because when we went to the counter to buy what my mom needed, she asked if we found everything. My mom replied with “Well, no but it’s fine. We can go somewhere else.” She then made a half attempt to ask me what it was again I was trying to find and showed me two kids products that they had. She then suggested I bring in a picture next time. My daughter had picked up a brochure with a coupon on it from the counter and I took it from her saying she didn’t need it. I place it back in the pile and she glared at me… picked it up and threw it in the trash. I apologize for bringing my very well behaved 7 year old into your store. She didn’t touch anything she wasn’t suppose to, didn’t break anything and didn’t disturb any customers. She was simply being a child. If your store doesn’t want children in it, there should be a sign posted. We won’t be returning to this store again.
