Could not be happier with Tom and the team at Complete Auto and Exhaust. I had extensive suspension and engine work performed on my 8 year old F-150 with 100,000 miles. All work performed professionally, in two days and a great price. The work I had done would have easily taken a week at a dealership. You can not go wrong with Complete Auto and Exhaust.

Ford was backed up for 3 months on timing chains. Complete was the only shop around who wasn't ford that would do timing chains on my 2013 for taurus SHO and got it done fast.... Been coming here for years and Old Tom that works the front Remembers everything and is great...

WAISTED MY TIME AND COULDN'T KEEP THEIR WORD.
I dropped my 2004 F-150 off to get new catalytic converters, and figured the old exhaust should probably just get a full overhaul. Highly recommended shop with great reviews, and quoted fair price over the phone, what could go wrong? After dropping off my truck, I followed up a week later to see if they had a chance to take a look and give me a proper quote. The guy proceeded to tell me, "it runs awfully rough." (kinda like the cats were fowled up...you know, the reason it was there in the first place!) I asked for their feedback and suggestions, of which he replied, "I'll talk to the techs and call you back by 5." This was a Thursday, so I called back on Monday after not hearing any word from them. I was then told they were having trouble locating the parts. Understandable for a 20 year old truck. I waited nearly two weeks to check in after not hearing back. This time the guy seemed more like he just forgot about it, things happen... no big deal. He said, once again, "I'll call you back by 5 today with an update." The final straw was when I had to call them back after another week, just to be told that he still couldn't find the parts, once again promising to call back by 5. I called the Midas around the corner, and the gentleman found the parts, provided a quote, and assured me they could get it in and out within 48 hours, right there with me in the phone. I would have picked up my truck Monday had my wife not needed emergency surgery. Do not waist your time with a shop that can't even stick to their word about a phone call. Unprofessional, and incompetent.

I took my car in for a rattle that I just could not take anymore they made time for me and the customer service was friendly and knowledgeable when they told me what it was and fix it I was hesitant because it just didn't seem like that was the issue but it's not my profession to be a mechanic and I was wrong and they were right I appreciate the fast service and the inexpensive it was to fix if you ever have an issue bring it to these guys I don't think you'll be disappointed
