Took my car in for an alignment after replacing a few suspension components, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Not only did they get my steering wheel perfectly centered, but they also showed me the before-and-after results and addressed all my concerns with respect. They didn’t just brush me off because I had aftermarket adjustable parts, either. And to top it off, they even cleaned the inside of my car! When I asked why, they said it was because a tech had been inside, and they didn’t want to leave any dust or dirt behind. Great attention to detail!

This was my first experience using the shop so I had no idea going in how it would be. Wow! Did Complete not only meet my expectations, they surpassed them. I was constantly informed what phase or repair my vehicle was in. There was a small delay getting a part but they were all over it. They made things easy by taking care of all arrangements on the rental. All around a really good shop. They made me feel valued and addressed all concerns I had. Complete really has it down! I highly recommend their services! What a team like environment. Try them out!! I will again.

This place is the best. The work was exceptional and on time. The ladies in the front were very nice and informative. They went out of their way to help me with other things that I was having issues with my insurance company. I will never forget how kind and courteous they were. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.Oh and the inside of my truck was cleaner than it was before I dropped it off, and I have a GS dog. So thank you again for going above and beyond the service expected.

I had my jeep in for hail damage. They were upfront with the repair time. They were accurate with the time frame as well. The worked looked great,I’m extremely happy with the job they did and service provided.

Nobody wants to deal with a car repair, but if you have to, I will be recommending Complete Auto body! Out of all of the shops I tried getting my car into after being rear ended they were the ones that made it happen. They were extremely thorough in making sure that all of the damages were appropriately accommodated for and also dealt with really difficult insurance company in order to make sure my car was repaired properly. The customer service of Krista and Stephanie was also extremely appreciated through the entire process. My car was in the shop for 30+ days and they updated me and kept me in the loop through it all. Their kindness and extensive communication was extremely helpful. My car is back to looking beautiful and I’m very grateful for my choice of choosing Complete Autobody!

While it’s never a good time to have to visit a body shop they went above and beyond. The repairs were quick, the back of my car looks beautiful, and the customer service was fantastic. Despite leaving things in my car and getting an estimate in the rain they handled everything professionally and with a sense of grace. To be honest they even left the interior of my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would return if I needed more work done.

I'm SO happy I went with complete auto body. Obviously needing to go to a body shop isn't fun for anyone, but complete auto body was awesome. I had gotten estimates from a few places and no other body shop treated me the way this one did. The customer service was phenomenal, professional, and prompt which I really appreciated because a lot of the time these types of places are very intimidating for someone who's young and doesn't know a lot about cars. My car looks flawless and I loved how they were able to get me in quickly and complete the job quickly while maintaining extremely high quality work for a fair price. I would highly recommend complete auto body and will be coming back here if I ever have the need to!
