I have never been treated so strangely at a bank. I was just recently added on an established Girl Scout troop account and was making a deposit for the first time. I walked in not sure what the process was as far as needing to fill out a deposit slip or share my ID. Derek 'helped' me. When I asked what he needed, he said 'well the deposit' in a very condescending tone. I don't know if he thought he was making a joke or what the problem was. I gave him the account number and he sat for a long time looking at his computer. Didn't tell me if he was just waiting for information to come up or if something else was needed. By the way, he never did ask for my ID which is standard at the bank I go to personally.

I have never been treated so poorly at a bank before. I went into this branch to either cash or deposit a $6.00 check. I had only $.80 in my account so i wasnt sure if they could cash it. I told the teller up front that i didnt have enough money in my account so i wasnt sure if i could cash it. She asked me a bunch of questions, first she told me i didnt have an account at the bank which i knew i did. She then went on to ask me if i bank at another bank? Yes, why? She told me that Regions was across the street and i should go there. Ok, why? I am at this bank and i have an account. Then she went on to ask me a bunch of questions about the check that was for only $6 and some change. So naturally I was getting upset and she didnt like that so she gave me the check back and again told me to go to Regions. I hope this gets to your corporate manager and i hope this complaint gets back to the teller that refused to help me with a $6 check! I will be closing my account and telling everyone about my experience at Commerce Bank!

I love banking with commerce! They are a very down to earth bank and the employees are super helpful and nice. They have a great fraud dept that watches out for me and my money.. i would refer this bank to everyone, and if you decide to get an account contact me, we can both make $50 from the refer a friend program! I am totally kidding but this is also a great feature commerce has!

i have been banking her (and my family) for a minimum of a decade and in one case 25yrs... we love the service an attention we get here at commerce! I highly recommend trying them out- you won't be sorry.

This morning I had an email alert saying that my account has been compromised. I was told to go into the bank to get a new card. As I walk into the bank, couple tellers were behind the counters. I stood behind the line until I was called to step up. A young man by the name of Cody waved at me to come to the counter. I told him the reason why I have to come into the bank. First of all there was no smile no greeting no hello ma’am welcome and how may I help you today. Has he tried to get me my new ATM card he was having difficulties. Walked away and said some thing about follow him over there.. I was a little confused of where I was going. He could have said something better like ma’am I seem to have a little trouble with this computer let’s go over to the desk I’ll be here to see if I can help you there. He sounded like he didn’t really want to help me. Just wanted to say and learn this company know that that’s not how you treat your customer. I understand he might die have head bad morning. But at least greet all your customer with a smile and at the part be the part! And be happy where you are working at. I don’t think I will be banking with commerce again. I’m a waitress and I understand there are days we do not want to deal with people. But when you at work put on your game face and be a team player Cody!

I have 4 accounts with this branch. A merchant account for my business, business checking and personal checking and business accounts. I’ve been with the bank for a decade. I recently decided to buy a brand new truck and commerce wouldn’t give me a commercial loan even tho we’ve had two with other banks paid off in full. You’d think with a lot of money in the business account with them they would feel more than comfortable lending but No approval. Was denied. Went across the street and got a 70k loan at a 3.94% rate at Bank of America. This is only one of the several issues I’ve had with this bank. I will be pulling all the money out and changing banks. I do not recommend their services for several reasons

This Bank is wonderful, They even gave me money to open an account. ROCHELL, one of the personal bankers, is one of the most plesant bankers that I have ever known. There are no strings attached here. It's a big bank I guess ol Jed clampet has deposited enough money in this Bank that mr. Driesdale can afford to give some $ to the smaller patrons of the bank. Ha! Ha! Anyway all joking aside this is just a really honest, friendly and fantastic place to bank. That's why I give it 5 stars!!!!!
