I have always disliked banker's hours. If you own a business banker's hours make it difficult to do financial transactions. Now they are closing their drive up customer service lanes and going to ATM machines only. They also closed the location near my home so I have to drive about 6 miles to another location. They are making banking a real pain. I have been with Commerce Bank for almost 30 years but now I'm moving to another bank for customer service.

We’ve been commerce bank customers for almost 25 years. We stay because of the level of customer service we consistently received. They have great products and are always well staffed. We really have to wait for a long either inside the lobby or in the drive-through lines for assistance. All the staff is courteous, friendly, and professional.

We went to this location to drop off a check and got pulled over by a police officer. My fiancee has not gone out much or at all since Covid started and I completely understand why. People are as rude and ignorant as ever. After dealing with the officer, we pulled into the drive up and the teller we had processed to ask him for his license and registration. I get she was trying to make a joke and he normally doesn't get upset but he hasn't been pulled over in almost 15 years. He was freaking out and for the teller to say that to him was very unpleasant and unprofessional. We are never going to that location again.

Received an offer in the mail to open a new account, but they wouldn't honor the promotion since the mailing didn't have the correct first name when they sent it to me. It makes absolutely no sense why they wouldn't honor it since I would meet all of the conditions of the promotion. Very strange.

My wife’s purse was stolen two weekends ago. After canceling everything in her purse, she took the day off and went to the branch to inform them of the theft and take the necessary steps to protect our account. Two weeks later, someone using my wife’s stolen ID and commerce card was able to cash a check that had been canceled. Our account was penalized thousands of dollars for it and commerce is now saying we didn’t do what they recommended. We are now paying in time and money for their mistake.

Talk about a COMPLETE lack of customer service! They have gotten so used to not having customers in the building they now don’t want to even have to deal with it. Then the time frame they give you to wait is 20- 90 minutes. She couldn’t even take the time to take down my name correctly. They can only deal with customers one at a time, but continue to serve drive up customers as them come while they make someone who needs to come in wait 90 minutes!!!!! They could care less
