“The staff in this store is kind, enthusiastic, patient, and just really good at their job. I purchased several things for my daughter for Christmas and wanted to exchange one item for another online item. Annette kindly assisted us through the process, then remembered details about the order to assist us again when it arrived. We were recently back in the store and had started to check out, but then wanted to add an item. Trinity and the manager were accommodating and encouraged us to take our time.”

“Got here super early Sunday morning right when they opened. Two girls greeted us. One helped us with a hook to reach this jersey high up to try on. We maybe spent a half hr here looking at everything. Wish they had a bigger stl or Missouri section. Bf bought a tumbler for work. Spent 30$”

I gave them 4 stars only because I'm not happy with the customer service dept, but the stores are super awesome! Go visit them in person! They do have more online but I still do returns thru the store because I hate dealing with their customer service dept. Clothing and everything is great there, comparably priced and really good quality too! I but SOoooo much from them!!”

“I had SUCH a pleasant experience at Earthbound yesterday at MidRiver’s Mall! From the time I entered the store until the time I left, I was greeted by several sales associates who were SO helpful and answered all my questions. They were very engaging and personable and made my shopping experience a very positive one. I usually shop at other Earthbound locations, but will make this store my store of choice from now on! Wonderful atmosphere and exceptional sales associates!”

“It was my first time in and the store was clean, well organized, and the specific clothing I was looking for was easy to find. They carry really nice brands and have a huge selection of merchandise. The associates were really friendly too. AND there is a military/first responder discount of 25% which is almost unheard of! Its usually 5%-10% at most, so the support for our community helpers and military is much appreciated <3”
