Seen chucks boots sign on I-70 and stop in and the place has about every type of boot you can think of I wear double HH cowboy boots and they had the pair I’ve been looking for 3 years in store I don’t order boots off line Richard one of the department specialist helped me out and was very helpful and polite as was everyone else this was at the st.peters store we will be a repeat customer

The guys at Chucks Boots 100% take care of their customers! I went to multiple stores looking for a pair of black Hey dudes for my hubbys birthday and I thought I better cut my losses when one of their employees found the last pair under another pair of shoes! I was so happy and grateful they took the time to really look for me unlike Dick’s sporting goods…

My son and I went into chucks boots looking for a new pair of boots for my son for his work. We were helped by Richard who took his time with my son and making sure the boots weren’t too tight and that they were comfortable. Richard was a great help and listened to what my sons problems with boots were and my son walked out with exactly what he needed in a good work boot. Need more employees like Richard

Bought a pair of safety toe Timberland pro that I wore to work everyday for three weeks when one of the shoestring hooks broke off. Standing in line I see the return policy and just assume I'm gonna have to go thru some long song and dance to maybe get a repair on them but they did a full refund quick and easy and I got another pair of bootsEdit those boots had a very similar issue, top two shoe straps snapped off and they let me get another pair. Very helpfull staff

Caesar was extremely helpful. I was looking at a pair of boots that had a defect he completely fixed the defect and even tho I did not get the boots he got me taken care of with a different pair. Thanks Caesar!

I had great service while getting new pair of work boots. The staff was very attentive and looking to help with anything you needed. Once I found a boot I was interested in I talked with one of their staff, Richard, and he helped me with getting the correct size and fit. Overall a great experience.

I've been to both of their locations, and this one is my favorite. Compared to their Fenton location, I feel as though the shoe selection is better here, and they have more sizes available. I wear womens size 12 or 13, which they don't go up to. Therefore, I have to shop men's 11 or 11.5. My feet are narrow, so men's boots aren't always a great fit. The staff are amazing. Today, 2 gentlemen helped me out. One man gave me some suggestions, found certain sizes for me, or put back a pair I decided I didn't like as much. The customer service was better here than it was in Fenton. Although they have a ton of shoes, I will say I was a little disappointed in the selection of steel toe boots. Chucks carries like 80% composite toe, so actual steel toe boots were more difficult to find. I can't have alloy either, so that limited options. The pricing of the work boots was pretty typical. They had some sales going for certain shoes. The clothing selection is pretty good, too, but I thought they were a little overpriced even with 25% off. Overall, this is the place for work boots. I keep coming back because of the worker's kindness. As a girl in a male dominated field, it can be intimidating, but they make me feel welcome. I've seen a variety of types of customers around, and staff were also attentive to them.

The people who work here are so nice and helpful. Leeland and another lady(we didn’t get her name) searched high and low for a pair of boots we couldn’t find. They went above and beyond.
