This place has gone downhill. It’s never clean in the changing rooms. The employees I’ve interacted with lately are rude, unprofessional, or both. The quality of the clothes have gotten worse. I keep giving it another try because I loved it in the past but now there’s no real benefit anymore.

I love this store, but the higher up management has been a problem I have found. The management that has direct customer care are amazing-they are always there to help and still manage to create a nice environment regardless of some customer behaviors. However, the store never is allowed to close when there is a national weather advisory, and I think this is extremely unprofessional and dangerous. I wish the workers were able to not feel guilty when wanting to stay safe. Nothing is worth more than staying safe and not risking a life.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Their dressing room is closed and their cheap clothes never fit right so I asked about their return policy. The girl said that she could return the money to my card but cannot give me cash so I payed with my card, went and tried them on and came back and then their policy magically changed and the manager said that they actually only do store credit. I now have a gift card for there that I’m never using. This store is trash.

Clothes are cheap and trash. U can’t even try them on might as well just go to SHEIN same thing but at least u have a better chance of them working out.

Love this store! Been going here for years, always something cute. However, they don’t do returns anymore and that would have been nice to know, I wish they had a sign or the employee told you.

What a horrible experience! The managers admitted to me that they were rude to me because I didn’t have a mask on. Very few corporate establishments lack consideration for those who can’t wear masks. This is one of them. Instead of saying something to me when I walked through the door and shopped for 15 mins, they just gave me dirty looks and waited for me to make my purchase. I then returned 5 mins later to return a jacket that was too small. It was then that the manager Nicole admitted that she was being rude to me because I didn’t have a mask on. The cashier Teyonna also pointed out a flyer stated how t I could receive 10% off, but didn’t think to tell me the return policy that was on the very same flyer which does not allow for refunds. I noticed that Charlotte Russe has new owners. I’m happy to say that they will not get another dime from me as clearly they don’t care about the consumer!
