I went into buy Nike 270’s and they had really great service! The employees were super nice and they had a great selection of shoes! I got my Nike 270’s for the cheapest price I had seen them at. Loved the experience!!

Selection is great in stock not so much. They will however order what you need and no cost ahipping to the house. Thats what makes it better than finish line or other shoe stores. Even if they dont have your size at least the shoe you would pick is there to look at and you can at least order it. Staff is on it as well.

Just ok. I remember when Champs used to be the place to shop! It has become overpriced, like many other stores, and the selection just seems to keep diminishing.

Gotta love it when you walk into a store, employee is on their phone, looks at you and doesn't greet you. Instead goes right back to their phone. Not greeted by any of the 3 visible employees nor asked if I needed assistance. I'll spend my money elsewhere. 11/8/21 1:15p.

Associate got upset and walked away in the middle of the transaction because i didn't want to give and phone number or email. I said I didn't want to make an account and apparantly that is justification to walk away without saying anything and have a different associate finish the transaction. Bad customer service.

My husband and I visited this location tonight. We were prepared to spend a good amount money and purchase several shoes, shirts and hats.We were not greeted nor asked for help. When asked the sales associate for a size she didn’t say a word to me but the shoe from hand. Once she returned she let me know they didn’t have his size. I asked to call another location. They gave me a location that was too far out. I then asked the MOD for all their locations. He said he didn’t understand my questions. We then checked out with one pair of shoes and two shirts. The associate threw the shirts in and bag and didn’t say a word, again! I said thank you. When we left I called and spoke with the MOD expressing my concerns. He didn’t respond on the phone. I asked “do you not have anything to say or any kind of response? He responded “no I ain’t got anything to say” I asked for a DM, regional or another point of contact and he told me I have to find that info on my own. I called the Springfield location and spoke a pleasant associate who gave me customer service number. My husband was upset with how the man spoke to me on the phone and walked back into the store. The man basically squared up with me husband proudly telling him his name was Tyler and he didn’t give a f*ck. Lol what a joke. I’ve worked in retail many many year and specially in that mall. I’ve seen crazy customers and heard all the horror stories. I will say most cases it unreasonable customers and unrealistic expectations. This was different and most definitely rude. I can’t believe this is how people act and get away with it especially when everyone can easily just order offline and stores are suffering. Champs train your employees, hire good talent or upper management need to work the stores until you kind people that don’t hurt business. Unbelievable to say the least!Cassie McNamee
