My daughter takes both her dog and cat to Cave Springs Pet Hospital. Her dog loves going to the vet, she gets many pets and treats. We usually have more trouble getting her to leave than to go in. The cat, well she’s a cat, doesn’t care. The staff are great and always very helpful.

The veterinarians are so thorough and actually listen when you have a concern about your pet. I have a 15 yr old dog who has battled stomach issues her whole life and Dr Rizzolo listened to my concerns and we made a plan to help my dog get some relief. My poor dog hadn’t ate much and just moped around for nearly two weeks because her stomach issue was the worst it’s ever been. Dr Rizzolo determined it to be a combination of two issues and with her help, my dog is back to her silly self, running around and barking because she is ready for dinner again! I am so thankful for these Vets and their staff! They are so kind and attentive!

The Cave Springs vets and staff are always very helpful and responsive. One of the things that impressed me the most was the end of life services they offered when our cat passed away. They understood how hard it was to lose a family member and were so caring. They even sent us a sympathy card signed by everyone! They love animals and have great customers service.

I went in for a surgery for my cat after trying to find someone to do a cystotomy back around Memorial Day. Very thankful to have been able to get in but within days I was expressing my concerns regarding my cat still unable to urine correctly and Dr smith kept pushing it off as pain and swelling. My baby boy still hasn’t gotten better and I took him to my preferred vet and he still had a stone in his urethra which could not have developed this fast since the surgery less than a month ago. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt that he was probably swollen and it was hard to see the stone but now I am being forced to spend even more money on a repeat surgery because the dr failed to do her job and listen to me when I knew something was still wrong. Be cautious taking your babies here.

The entire staff goes above and beyond! My dog needed to have surgery and he is scared of strangers. They allowed me to stay with him until he was under anesthesia. When I picked him up he was wagging his tail and allowing one of the staff to pet him. The staff really works with pet owners to make sure they can make everything as comfortable as they can for your pet. I am so glad we were introduced to the team at Cave Springs Pet Hospital.
