I've been waiting since November for them to replace the cruise control sensor. the excuse the part comes from outside the country. awful service. think twice before buying an imported vehicle.

In May 2022 my daughter was super excited to purchase her very first car, after shopping around for a few days, she saw a 2013 Range Rover Evoque from Bommarito St. Peters. The salesman Miles was okay for the most part. Fast forward a few weeks, we noticed her car leaking oil, we took it to Bommarito's service department, because we have a paid warranty and was told to go there. As of Monday 2/20/23, we took it back to them (for the 5th & final time) each time they claimed it was something different, we understand this car is a 2013, but my daughter hasn't had this car for a full year and we have had soo many problems and incidents where the car stopped on her and recently left her stranded in Jefferson City were she had to have it towed back home, a cool $500 spent. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE SHOP OR RECOMMEND BOMMARITO.

I paid $4000 for a diesel particulate filter that caused my car to go into limp mode. Within a year the diesel particulate filter is now causing my car to not start. They have said after 12,000 miles you have to pay another $4000. The average mileage on one of these filters 75000 miles. My car has had regular oils changes and inspected everytime.

As a first time VW owner, who purchased through another seller, I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation here. Wish I had just done it myself. Pros- The porter was super friendly and thorough in explaining some things about the vehicle that I didn't know, which was super nice. The service department rep was funny and personable and did the usual "we recommend these services" spiel but didn't give me flack when I denied doing them Cons- $144 for an oil change and tire rotation?!! Insane. I understand it's full synthetic, but as a person who previously had my Wrangler serviced (same service- synthetic oil and all) at the dealership I purchased it at for about $60-$80 cheaper depending on current deals I was floored. Even tried to use a measly $10 off coupon from this dealerships website and the service rep said he could not do it. Another, minor but still, complaint I have is that they didn't wash the exterior of the car... what dealership doesn't do this anymore? Disappointing for the price I paid.Also if you plan on getting your oil changed and tires rotated here, plan on it taking at least 3 hours (went on a Tuesday - was the only person waiting...)

Kept me waiting for nearly 3 hours to purchase vehicle. Once I tried to walk out they magically had the financing ready. Their excuse for the delay was disappointing. I would have paid cash and gotten a car loan elsewhere if I'd known the reason for the delay but nothing was communicated to us.

No consideration for the customer - My wife purchased a vehicle at this location and was "talked" into purchasing an extended warranty. After conversation she agreed that was not the best decision for our situation and proceeded to work on removing that. She called the location a number of times, was redirected a number of times to different people. In the end after months of battling we had to travel up to the location only to be belittled about the decision we were making. We purchased a Ford Bronco from another dealer recently and received none of this behavior. We will never purchase from this location again or a location that profits from after market warrantees.

$500 to replace 4 spark plugs in my Jetta. And they had my car for 5 days. Never again. Never a VW again and never go back to this place. That is gouging plain and simple. Disgusting. Do not go here for repairs or anything. (Remember, this is the same company that tampered with their diesels. I will never forget and never come back.)

I bought a 22 Passat. I decided I would buy after told one price, then I was told sorry the price I told you was wrong since he didn't realize it was a 22 and not 21... it's 1800 more, so I reluctantly went forward since I had already told family I picked a car. The price was now out of my budget. I went into finance room and the manager made me feel like I was buying a car that was problematic and extremely expensive to repair compared to other cars with it being German. I again wanted to just leave without car, but now my other daughter and husband were there from 40 miles away. I was also told my credit score was lower than all 3 were saying when I got home and checked! So the zero percent was supposedly not available for me. Now I have it less than 24 hours and it is clunking when I put into reverse and when I turn right and when I let off gas. Sounds like transmission issues. I don't want this Passat as you can imagine.

I didn't buy my VW from here, however this is where I get it serviced! It's a 2012 TDI Passat, and this dealership has been nothing but awesome! The service department is wonderful, I have never had any issues! I always book appointments online in advance, and their work & pricing is fair! I trust the mechanics here because my vehicle is a diesel, and I don't want anyone who isn't experienced working on my vehicle because it is different then a typical gas car on certain things. Whenever it's time to buy new - I will for sure be coming to this dealership!

The amount of time it takes just to have your car looked at is insane. matter of fact, it is unacceptable. I've been waiting 8 days and had an appointment "scheduled" only to find out they never Looked at the car. Their response "Hopefully in a couple of days." Worst of all, it is a manufacturer issue. I will never purchase a Volkswagen again based off this experience alone. Absolutely horrible service and the lady who answers the phone is so cold and lacks compassion.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!! My 18 year old daughter took her car here to get a headlight bulb replaced. They tried to upsell her and proceeded to fry other parts of her electrical system while doing the repair. Jim the service manager, made it very clear before even hearing what all happened or looking at the car that they would not be accepting responsibility. He even said out loud that he had to look out for the owners of the business not the customer. Took the car in for a headlight bulb replacement, left with the car being undriveable due to electrical issues that did not exist before taking the car there! I would rate zero Stars if the site would let me!

Really pleased with the purchase of my 2020 GTI from Reese at Bommarito! I truly got a great deal and Reese was very responsive and efficient with my time. I was able to agree on price and terms over text message (my preference) and show up the next day to complete the deal. I live much closer to another VW dealer where I've bought 3 cars there in the past, this time around they just wanted to play games so I decided to give Bommarito a try and I'm very glad I did!
