This is our fifth Lou Fusz new vehicle and our second VW Jetta.
We always start our new car search with Lou Fusz. The new Jetta has reached 49 mpg on the highway and is incredibly fast and fun.

Terrific dealership, people, and service department. Relocation road trip west and I-70 blew out a tire and blistered another. The staff in the service department expedited the acquisition of low-profile tires for my VW Arteon, replaced both, and I was on my way the same day. The service department worked with VW as the tires were under the tire/rim replacement package. Thank you very much for assistance on the fly!

I bought my VW ID4 here after a Hyundai dealership tried to rip me off. I was really happy with the experience here. They honored the advertised price and gave me a fair price for my trade.

Terrible service department

Leased the 2024 jetta on 07.15.24 everything went well until they needed the document that l had absolutely no idea what it was. As a foreigner who does speak English but never heard about that document, l expected some help, some guidance from finance manager but l was dismissed and told that l was a bother and l was threatened that if l don't provide that document l will not receive licence plates. Long story short, if you're a foreigner and you don't understand English perfectly you may not receive help that you need to finalize car purchase.

We bought a new Jetta from Reese. This is the 3rd vw we’ve bought from the St Peters store. We’ve always felt respected and no hard sell. Reese showed us several different models that we asked to see. I was impressed with the positive attitude he has. He made the vehicles available to us where we could get a good sense of what they were like. We’re super happy with the car we selected and we found the price to be exactly where we expected with our research. We have not had this experience at other dealerships and have walked out many times. I can’t say enough about how amazing Reese was with us and we will gladly drive the hour and a half to the St Peters store when we need another one. Our experience was excellent and not stressful at all.
