What an absolute waste of time and money. I am pretty sure they get people to spend money on unneeded services on a regular basis. My 2019 CX-9 had a windshield wiper malfunction beginning in March. I first tried diagnosing myself and ruled out obvious issues - including replacing the wiper motor. Since I was using too much of my own valuable time, I brought it in to Mazda, thinking they could diagnose electrical/computer issues. Long story short, they did not. They wanted to replace the wiper motor (again) themselves (for $400) and refused to look further no matter what I told them. After spending about half of my work day dealing with this at the dealership, I took the car back. I then learned about wiper motor connections and found the issue myself - a damaged wire. If they did a simple check on wire continuity & voltage they would have found this. I assumed that’s what I was paying them for. Bad assumption. They just wanted to replace parts at my expense until something worked instead of actually diagnosing a problem. For an issue as serious as malfunctioning windshield wipers, I was surprised. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be bringing any more business here. I will note that the person assisting me at the counter was very nice and in agreement with me about the ongoing issues. The technician and service department manager was ultimately the reason for all of this nonsense.

In May 2022 my daughter was super excited to purchase her very first car, after shopping around for a few days, she saw a 2013 Range Rover Evoque from Bommarito St. Peters. The salesman Miles was okay for the most part. Fast forward a few weeks, we noticed her car leaking oil, we took it to Bommarito's service department, because we have a paid warranty and was told to go there. As of Monday 2/20/23, we took it back to them (for the 5th & final time) each time they claimed it was something different, we understand this car is a 2013, but my daughter hasn't had this car for a full year and we have had soo many problems and incidents where the car stopped on her and recently left her stranded in Jefferson City were she had to have it towed back home, a cool $500 spent. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE SHOP OR RECOMMEND BOMMARITO

From the day we bought our car the service has been fantastic. No complaints and I can't imagine dealing with anyone else.

For the past 2 weeks my car wouldn’t start properly and my trunk would randomly open. I went to the Mazda dealer ship to get it serviced and they told me it was a problem with the battery so we had the battery and the battery in the key replaced. However, that battery was replaced by that same dealership not that long ago but they never addressed the problem with the battery at that time. Afterwards they said that they figured out the problem and that it was a trunk model issue so we had it replaced. After the trunk replacement we came home but we noticed something wrong with our breaks and when we asked the dealership said it was fine but I went back moments after the same day because there was noise coming from my car and that’s when they told me I needed new break pads. I personally have had issues like this in the past and I bring this to attention because due to the carelessness of the dealship lives could have been at risk. Again, break pads make weird sounds even though we already paid and fix last week.

After two weeks of “working” with Bommarito Mazda, I received a call saying my car is “done” I have left messages with the General Manager, the Regional Service Manager, and the Regional service dude at corporate. I have YET to hear from any of them. Mazda CX-5 Club (USA) (Mazda corporate) and the service department are trying to tell me that it’s MY fault the car battery keeps dying. It’s because I don’t start and drive my car EVERYDAY, the battery will fail. I was told if this happens “again” (time number FOUR), THEN they will admit it’s there problem. Since June, my 2018 CX-5 has been in the shop because of the battery being dead THREE TIMES. The second time, (in July), I got a new battery. That battery was “bad” when they got it too weeks ago. They put in a new one (again) and told me it’s MY fault it keeps dying. I sure do hope I get to talk to the people running BOMMARITO MAZDA. Bottom line, if your Mazda starts after sitting for a week (while your on vacation) your car is MAGIC according to Mazda. MAGIC MAZDAS EVERYWHERE. Including two doors down from me!!

This place is a JOKE… My sister bought a used car from them and it has been in their shop longer than she has had the car herself… They refuse to make things right!!! I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a used car from them to my worst enemy!!! At this point she just wants her money back or for them to put her in a different used car… all of this started one week after driving it off of the lot… They may treat you better if you buy a brand new car BUT purchasing a used car is a NEGATIVE!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE! They are cons. I was interested in a 2018 Tacoma Sport on their used lot. There were so many red flags but the biggest issues were that they wouldn’t budge on the price or the trade in value of my car when the truck was more than $2k over KBB (it had a leveling kit, bumper bar, and some other stuff that they previous owner added that I KNOW the dealer didn’t pay extra for because I’ve traded modified vehicles plenty of times before) and their inspection said

Do NOT buy a used car from this place!!!! My mom and I bought a certified pre-owned 2014 Kia Soul which came with a certified warranty and I purchased an additional warranty. Both are through easy care. Let me tell you, there has been nothing easy about this situation. The car was bought in the middle of July. A month after we had it, it broke down on the highway. Had it towed and looked at and turns out it need a new cadallitic converter. That was a $2000 repair that was not
