WOW the bad service..... I special ordered a computer through a partner of Best Buy and the deal was phenomenal if I would pick it up at this store. Lenovo sent an email that the computer was ready and we went to pick it up only to get the run around for 2 weeks that the store couldn't find it but they would happily sell me the same model for full retail. After going to the store 4 times to pick up, we called Lenovo and they were very frustrated and requested to get the managers name and submit to them and boy if I didn't get a call 20 minutes later about how they found our computer and it was ready to pick up. When we got there we were told the lying manager was busy and she was tasked to deal with us. DEAL with us....you lied and tried to over charge us for a computer that you would have made triple mark up on. Be very cautious when dealing with this location.

Terrible experience w/ TV purchase. High pressure attempts to upsell sound equipment, surge protection, tv stand and more. I’m ok w/ sales attempts but learn to identify your audience and what “no thanks” means. Pay plans must be heavy commission. The icing on the cake was that they sold me the wrong TV (same price as the one I wanted) and I had to go all the way back and forth to the warehouse three Xs (once to return a damaged box). Total operation is a clown show. Save money and hassle and buy from Amazon. Best Buy will be the next Blockbuster, any they’ve earned by hiring clowns.

Always loved this place , I've always had good luck and service there . I've heard others complain. But I have not seen it first hand . So I think it's a great store and will continue to go there

The place was pretty busy, but that is to be expected with the holiday season time. All the employees were very polite and helpful and no one seemed to be rushed or aggravated with customers. It was very refreshing to be able to walk in and have such a helpful staff there to assist me.

Did an awesome job installing my amp and 4 subs. Very clean and affordable!!Update. I knew better than to let them touch my truck. All 4 subs blew within 2 months. They wired my Amps remote wire to a circuit that turned it on every time a door was opened while vehicle was off. This caused a surge each time causing the speakers to pop and eventually damaging all coils. Took it back tech grabs the Amp from under the rear seat and shows me a line he drew on the gain when he tuned it and the level was past that.. 1st I assumed the Amp was screwed down and never touched it. 2nd I've been installing car audio for 30 years. I told him he moved it with his thumb when he pulled. It out. He says how I have jo tools. Bro you don't need tools for that you can move it with a finger and you're covering yourself. Only reason I didn't do it myself is because it's a 2020 f250 and for the price and the 8 hours he had my truck, it was a no brainer. At the end of the day the remote wire should turn on the Amp when the radio is turned on, not when a door opens. 4 8 inch skar subs are now paperweights. And i have to pay to replace them.. Everything was new. Wouldn't even let these clowns install a bell on my bicycle!!

Lets you order, advertising ready within an hour, but not actually available. Really frustrating. Loss of trust in purchasing with them for a while.
