We came in to get a smart watch and asked an associate to unlock the case so we could buy the watch. They said they would send someone over. We stood there for ten minutes watching associates just walking around the store and no one ever came by so we left. This is the second time this has happened to us at this store. We will not be back.

Never buy from Best Buy if you want your order. I ordered a robot vacuum on Tuesday , and it said it would arrive on Thursday. Here comes Thursday, and no vacuum. They say it will arrive by Monday. I want to cancel the order, I can’t until about two weeks from then. We’ve already spent a bunch of money on this vacuum, but we can’t cancel it until so far away. That means that we can’t buy a different one until THEY cancel it. Horrible service.
UPDATE: I ordered another one from Best Buy and it arrived the same day. But, Sunday, still no original vacuum. At least we have the robot vacuum we wanted.

They post clearance sales but when you get there there is none in stock and they cannot order them but them out on display

the best buy employees are the best, but GEEK SQUAD? terrible, if you are a girl they will talk down to you. they will keep your products and not work on them until THEY CHOSE to. Not able to reach anyone because they don’t allow incoming calls anymore. I was told by Geek Squad customer service it depends on their employees and how much staff they have, but they were sitting at the counter talking amongst each other helping no one. They also told me that my computer never arrived but another worker had found it under boxes. Very lazy. Very Sad. don’t use geek squad but talk to the best buy employees because they have always been so helpful and nice.

Went to buy a gaming chair they had a few in stock along with one that was open box but they let me know that it did have a wheel missing so I unfortunately had to spend more then I was hoping for but I am very satisfied with the end result that I needed up getting

Over priced on all there products but at least their geek squad is very helpful when you need them customer service is very nice and workers were helpful
