And of course when I got there they lived up to their reputation. Took the part back to this location, also lived up to my expectations. Always polite and make u feel like they reallyWant to help you. I delt sarge today. Super nice guy. Unlike most other auto part stores where I feel like I’m interrupting their day. Lucky for me this oreilly’s is this closest parts store for me. If they always had every part I needed I’d never bother going anywhere else.”
“I needed a new battery and went to this O'Reilly location. It just snowed the day before, so it was cold. Micheal went out and changed my battery for me without hesitation. The terminals were all corroded, and it was no quick job, but he kindly stuck with it until it was fixed. He replaced a few parts, but it was only $13 extra. He didn't run up a huge bill. Micheal's coworker came out and helped between customers. As a woman, who unfortunately doesn't know much about car maintenance, I really, really appreciated the two of them helping me that day. O'Reilly should be so proud of what a great staff they have at this St. Peters , Mo. location. Thank you!!!”
