I had a great experience here. The battery died on my old laptop and I know nothing about computers. Mike was very patient and explained everything. How much it would cost, how long it would take to replace, etc. He was so easy to work with. He also sells refurbished computers at extremely reasonable prices and offers a 30 day guarantee with them. Definitely recommend this place.

I've bought 5 laptops from Batch Technologies-The Laptop Expert over the last few years. All 5 laptops have been nice, high quality business grade machines. The entire purchase experience was easy, pleasant and the prices very reasonable for the quality of laptops I received. I won't hesitate to purchase other equipment or services from Mike whenever the need arises. I've found Mike to be completely honest and the laptops I've received were everything Mike said they were.

I've been doing business with them for years. My laptop, my wife's laptop, upgrades, etc. Recently got a basic refurbished Dell desktop for my 90+ year old mother. Retired her Windows XP machine for the new one. She's thrilled. Great guy, great product, great service. No issues. No drama. Highly recommend.

Mike and I go way back when he used to do just "The Laptop Expert" business. I have purchased several different laptops from him in the past and all have exceeded my expectations! They are impeccably clean and all come not only with the latest operating system, but all the windows updates are done as well. In fact, I'm typing this on my ThinkPad laptop that is so sturdy that it has fell on the floor several times and has not had so much as a scratch.I have also referred several friends from CrossPoint Church to him and they say the exact same thing.Now Mike has opened up his own shop and I cannot be more excited for him! He is pure gold, and I'm sure his new brick and mortar location will do very well!I look forward to a long, continuing business relationship.
