I am an account holder with Bofa for 9 yrs now. I went twice to this location to open a checking account for my wife, both on Saturdays 2 weeks apart from the 1st visit. I don’t have an appointment but the person at the reception told me they do take walk ins. They don’t have appointments available on Saturday for next two weeks and I can do only on a Saturday and I work till evening during the weeks days.On my 2nd visit I was there by 1:05 pm and they close at 2:00 pm. They receptionist said I need to wait for 20 - 25 mins as both the associates were with other customers. One among the associates was a lady, who was done with helping a customer at 1.18 pm. Then she came out, talked with her colleagues, went inside again. At 1:28 the reception guy came and told me he might need to schedule me on the Saturday 2 weeks later as the associates have another appointment coming up.The associate (lady) haven’t tried helping me. Because if she tried helping me as soon as the previous appointment was done they could have tried doing it quickly. I am upset with them not trying to help me. They are others banks go are trying to help me to get an account for my wife.Eventually Bank of America is losing a new customer (my wife) and an existing customer (myself).

Usually one teller even when 8 people are in line. When I suggest that another teller would be helpful the gal says to me what are you gonna do when we go all automated. And I said we’re not automated yet and that I don’t want to use the ATM for my transactions because I have other things I need to do with the teller. The hours change and so there’s not even Saturdays, no drive-through so they are forcing you to use the ATM. How is that customer service.

They never answer the phone. Used online system to make an appointment with notary. Showed up and was told no notary was available. Was never contacted. Told to go to UPS store and come back AGAIN to get refunded.
