Same as the rest of the reviews. Poor customer service. Never more than one teller. Just overhead the guy at the door checking people in be rude to someone trying to report a fraud case. Advising my employer to find a new bank.

Disappointed!!! The attitude of the senior banker was very bad. He was not friendly, not enthusiastic, didn’t solve my questions and confusion well. Never come back.

Terrible service. I waited in the lobby for 15mins before someone greeted me. The security guard acted like he was falling asleep and the woman checking people in ignored me. Happened about 2:30pm on 8/29. I think it's time to switch banks!

You'd think for a bank that makes you come in to make any change on an account, no matter how small, they would be open more. But no. Every time I have to do anything with my account besides checking the balance they want me to come in. Which means I have to take off work. So you take off work and then it takes forever and half the people there look at you like you have 3 heads when you tell them the app said I have to come in to do this. Im over it. Switching banks shortly.

DON'T USE FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS!!!Once again, false information given, no accountability. I deposited a large check, asked when funds will be available (I run an event company and have to pay vendors constantly) was told the funds would be available the next day, NOW I'm told they will hold the funds for 11 days. I will be changing banks. Not worth having a business account if you can't use your money to run your business.

Taking 10 minutes to get through a single person this time around with TWO people sitting at the lobby desk.I don't understand why you guys are open if you don't have enough people to staff. Why is there ALWAYS a line of 7 people.I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from financing through your bank. I think it's pathetic that you guys sit on this much money and you can't operate. I've never had this much problem with any other bank that I've been to. NEVER. CONSISTENTLY THROUGH ALL YOUR LOCATIONS.I'd rather GET RID OF THE CAR than pay you anymore of MY money for this loan.

Stay away from Bank of America-- They are trying to run a multi billion dollar operation of a pack of Wrigley's chewing gum. Most branches have very limited hours- no drive through. Most of the time under staffed and substantial wait when you go in. Plus the fees they charge are not reasonable-- My suggestion is to go to First Community cred union-- Reasonable hours-- low or no fees depending on services rendered. I suspect they will reply with We are sorry.... If they reply at all. My suggestion BOA is to spend some of your Frst Communion money and operate like a bank/business should-- Customer service-- customers first-- Isn't that a novel idea.

The two managers are absolutely great at being rude and finding every good reason to not help you. I’m very sorry sir we can’t, we won’t, and we don’t are the only things coming out of their mouth. Do yourself a favor and drive to 5th street, they treat you so great.

Going through remodel so it’s a mess. But that’s why 1 star, they seemingly always have one teller working. So, every time I go in I have to wait in line for 15+ minutes. Having enough staff has nothing to do with the remodel

Bank of America is a well-known bank in the United States of AmericaWhat makes it so is the people who work in it..very wonderful people, especially Mr. Marwan was very wonderful. I wish him and the rest of his team success and lasting success ??
