Had a great experience at this location today. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered my tires and paid for the service through Amazon. There were a few issue’s on Amazon’s end when I arrived so I suggest everyone call ahead if you order the same way. I will be back for more business soon. Love my new tires.

I dunno if I'm gonna go back... For starters, I had an appointment at 9 am, and, because of what appears to be "piss-poor" scheduling, the woman at the front desk- who I later overheard, during a phone call, *was the manager, in fact*- told me that one of the main mechanics to look at and fix my car was, like... very-late after a doctor's appt. for his kid, I guess... took a lot longer than expected? who knows... Didn't even have someone look at and/or start working on the car til, like... after 11? LOLGranted, I've waited a little while a few other times, but, in hindsight, those were usually due to 'difficult' or 'complex' work (esp. diagnosing, I'm sure)! Supposedly they did a 'courtesy check', but... Katrina never bothered to tell me what the grinding/clanking noise was when I turn my wheel quickly at low speeds. And it's STILL HAPPENING! Who knows if they even 'did' the courtesy check, given how "chaotic" it seemed everything was there when I was there...To be fair, they did replace the blend actuator, I think, which helped fix this annoying clicking when I turn on the AC/heat, but... after the first night, just after turning off the heat when I got home, I heard a weird, faint 'buzzing' noise from the glove compartment. I'll give it a week or so and see if maybe that was a 'fluke', but I REALLY HOPE they didn't screw anything up for such a simple part replacement! *sigh*Not to mention that, from what I also overheard while I was waiting in the lobby, supposedly a lot of people had been canceling appts. shortly before that day. W/ that level of service, I'm not surprised! And, again... either they didn't bother to 'diagnose' or just 'didn't tell me', for whatever reason, the likely cause of the cranking noise in the steering wheel! THAT should've been 'priority number 1'. A blend actuator could wait.. Jesus... Talk about 'screwed-up priorities', esp. *mechanic-wise*. Hell, I even MENTIONED, for clarity- to repeat what I wrote down in the comments section of my online appt., just in case- the cranking issue, and Katrina "assured" me it'd be looked at during the courtesy check (when I first got there around 9)So either it was looked at, and it's "nothing"- hopefully just some weird cold-related issues that will 'go away' when it warms up- or... I got one problem fixed and another one not even looked at? who knows. I kinda want to contact them about it to ask, but... on second thought, I think I'm better off, in 2-3 weeks, maybe scheduling another appt. for a 'second opinion' elsewhere (not w/ these 'clowns'). Easily one of the 'worst'/most-inconvenient experiences I've had w/ any repair shop, ngl. Esp. given that the ONE THING I know for sure they did.. was probably 'pretty easy' for any mechanic, more or less. Almost seems like the staff- or at least the one in charge- 'took the easy way out' to get my appt. done "asap" w/ all of the "chaos" that day.

This shop has been awesome. I was going to go to the page location because is right by my house for an alignment but they don't have an alignment guy currently and they sent me to the Harvester location, I called and set an appointment with them I got there apparently after I set the appointment several people were let go, so I called this location. They got me in right away and was able to do the work. I've had other problems with shops being shady and I don't feel like I got ripped off by them.Trina and Celeb are great and the alignment Tech who's name I don't know were awesome. Thank you for the work you did for me. I've already sent a few people your way.

I would highly recommend TireChoice for your tire and auto service needs. Jim was very helpful at finding the right tires at the right price and gets it done in a timely matter. This will be my new go to spot for auto service!

Traveling from out of state and had 2 flat tires after an incident on the interstate. Bryan took excellent care of us and got us back on the road the very next morning. Very professional. Excellent communication when I was panicked on the phone and reassured we would be back on the road in no time. Grateful the shop was open on Sunday too! Thanks so much!

Great customer service! Called for emissions and despite a busy schedule they were able to get me in and out at a designated time. The staff was helpful and kind - not something you get everyday when trying to get things done last minute. I will be returning to this store for future needs.

went in for alignment- was told can’t be completed due to tie rod end being bad and they couldn’t order the part so I had it put on and brought back to have realigned, which we agreed on, however the worker said i never told him the part was replaced when i know i did while i was setting up the second appointment for a realignment but was still charged 200 dollars for labor and car is still not aligned and was charged over double what the alignment costed to begin with. don’t recommend and worker had attitude on the phone with me.

Impressed with the fast, friendly service at spur of the moment. Driving my granddaughter home in IL, my truck got a flat tire, we called around with no luck until we called Tire Choice and spoke to Katrina who made the whole experience so much better and gave us a great deal on new tires. First time using them for oil change and I was pleasantly surprised with their service! Popped in earlier today to see if they had availability and they did later in the afternoon. They said it'd be about 30-45 mins. Employees were very nice. I will be back for sure. Thank you!

I was in town and had to leave the next day to drive eight hours, they got me in at 5pm on a Saturday and replaced the necessary parts by the time we had to leave the next day. Would recommend, very kind and quick.

I can only speak about the location in St. Peters, MO. In August, we took our van in for new tires and an oil change. After getting home, we noticed we were charged twice for the tire warranty. We had difficulties reaching the manager by phone and he wouldn’t return phone calls. After finally reaching the manager, he stated he would look into it. Time passed and we hadn’t received a refund or heard back from manager. Again left messages because the manager was not available and he wouldn’t return phone calls. When we finally reached manager he said he would talk to corporate. Again, no refund and no return phone call. We are now into November. We’re told a check will be issued and mailed. Waited til mid December and still no check. Call again and are told check was mailed 12/05. Waited another week and still no refund. I finally gave up on manager and called corporate. They were not aware of our situation and, therefore, no refund was in process. Not only were we charged twice for the tire warranty, Corporate found that we were double charged for another service. We received our refund (on our credit card since that is how we paid) within a week. Dishonest management at this location.

Needed a custom alignment on my muscle car. Not many people can listen to a customer's wants and needs and deliver what the customer wants. Roger the alignment tech, is the man! Did an A+ job. State of the art equipment, and years of experience to back it up.
