Took computer in for a fix and a few weeks later problem arose again. Taught me the fix and cleaned the inside no charge. Fair price, very responsive and helpful.

AVOID!!! What a disaster of a place. Two days after drop off I needed to pick up. Requested service not completed but charged $47! Kid entrusted to the daily scam of an operation clueless and as insensitive to customer service as possible. Owner isn't any better. Simple internet speed issue on nearly new pc. Two days in shop and claimed they have "started" service. Interesting that the computer log indicated no power up since dropped off. LIARS. F them. Try them yourself. You'll find out. Anywhere but here. One star only because it requires at least one to post.

Dennis was very helpful when my son's cheap laptop broke down. He tried replacing multiple parts before it became clear that the motherboard was shot. He helped us build out a new tower system to replace it and my son could not be happier. Would definitely visit for future computer problems.

I had several things wrong with my computer. This father/son team recognized the problems, called me before ordering parts and fixed my computer promptly. I would call this business a professional, no frills, get the job done quickly company.

Literary the worse experience I ever experienced at a business. The owner talks. You listen. I guess people of color don't get the same experience. I went here b/c of the reviews. I couldn't ask him a question b/c he was on the phone with someone else. He said I was wasting my time with him. He wouldn't look at the printer b/c it was out of blue ink, but the issue was a paper jam.. not ink. So people if you are a minority, your business may not be welcome or wanted.

I was having issues with my laptop so I brought it here. Within about 3 days I had it back with the issues resolved. The pricing was reasonable and everything went super smooth, plus everybody was easy to talk to and great about communicating. I will definitely return if I have any future issues or I need a new computer.

I will be going here from now on with any computer repair needs, I had a prebuilt gaming PC that was constantly turning off, and the own PC company couldn't fix the issue. ATC was able to find the problem and offer a solution within 24 hours while also being kind and courteous and the best of all very well priced.

Dennis did a great job of reviving my older desktop computer. I didn't realize how much the performance was suffering until ATCS did their thing. He was very upfront about the cost and what had to be done to correct the problems. I would highly recommend ATCS for your computer needs.

My elderly dad fell victim to a scam and allowed someone to remotely login to his computer. After 1 call, Dennis picked up my dad’s computer, removed all malicious programs, brought the computer back, hooked it up, made sure all peripheral devices were working, made sure my dad could login to all his accounts and made sure my dad knew he could call any time if he had any questions or concerns. I cannot say enough great things about Dennis and his company. He was professional, honest, efficient, caring and kind.
