I came in on a Wednesday test drove the car worked out a deal and came in the next day to pick it up by that time Chandler and I had created somewhat of a friendship and we’re joking and telling each other Personal stories. That young man is absolutely an asset to David Sinclair Lincoln He is to be commended on his sales personality. This is my second Lincoln. I don’t remember who I purchased the first one from but Chandler definitely made an impression on me and I will remember him.”

“I had a great experience at Suntrup when I recently purchased my Sierra 1500. Vivek was my sales person. I found him relatable and easy to work with and I felt like he had my interests in mind. I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle and they had it pulled up out front when I arrived. Process was relatively quick and Vivek helped me set up all the options in the Sierra as well as my GM app which was very helpful. I would purchase at Suntrup again.”

“The people at the St. Peters CarStar are exceptional. They are straight forward and really interested in getting the job done right. They are a family owned business but use the state of the art CarStar repair technology.
Over the last 25 years and five different drivers, we have personally used them four times for three different levels of damage . Once was on a brand new car that sustained heavy damage and was returned to factory new. The second time was an older car that was in good condition and when fixed looked as good or better than before. The third was a very old car they worked with us to do an economical fix, to make it presentable. The fourth time was a minor fender bender.
We have also recommended them to friends and family. In addition, have personally seen them go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I believe anyone looking for a autobody shop will be very happy with their workmanship.”

Won't feed you nonsense. My family and I love bringing our cars to him. I will even advise people I know to give him a call. There was a negative review posted within the last 24 hours as someone named Sandra. The person she was talking about in her review was me. If anything I was to blame for the mishap as I came walking in and saw Sandra standing there, but she was off to the side where typically people wait for their cars to be worked on, and she was not at the counter. So I assumed she was waiting for her car, and I went back to the office to drop off some treats for the guys. I suppose my presence distracted Derek and then he came out to help me because I was at the counter.
I’ve been coming here for 15 years and have never had a bad experience and have Referred others who felt they were getting cheated at other shops, only to have Derek and his guys fix their problem for a much more reasonable price.
These guys are the best and they work with integrity. Don’t let one person’s negative experience (especially from a misunderstanding, that was not the fault of the business) distract you from choosing Olympia.”
