Saw Doctor on Thursday and April called me on Friday letting me know they received authorization from my insurance company and that my nebulizer was available to pick up. Very fast service

Arrived at my appointment on time and was seen right away. Customer service was great, they knew the equipment they knew how to work it and knew how to explain it to me. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Haven't even gotten the equipment and you keep asking for a review. We made it clear to Saint Luke's Sleep Clinic we would not even be back to Saint Louis till the 17th of October. Quit asking!! Third time!!!Spoke with Darren, Manager Apria in Saint Louis.It seems there was a breakdown in communications. This was corrected in a professional manner. Appreciate their responsiveness. One of the representatives I talked with clearly does not understand how their product works. They couldn't answer my questions about the equipment and provided me some completely incorrect information. Another "expert" I talked with had very poor customer relations skills and was apparently using a speakerphone in a noisy environment. I asked her several times to use her handset and she refused. Very difficult to communicate with her.

I have been very pleased with the services provided by Apria Healthcare. They are very easy to work with and have promptly responded to any questions regarding my equipment. They are very prompt with providing reminders about periodic supply refills.

Go to some other company if you can. Or even look into online companies for your supplies and information. Their customer service sucks too. Recently got some box in the mail with supplies, the mask was wrong, and....I was later charged 300 bucks....which ...none of the stuff in the box should have added up to that. Tried to return it and because of a few days past 30 I was unable to ....WHICH THEY NEVER TELL YOU THAT 30 DAY RULE UP FRONTSO....now im stuck with the charge....and a box full of unopened supplies that aren't even accurate

"0" stars had to leave one.After a stay at the hospital with covid at the end of Dec.2020 to the beginning of Jan. 2021 I was released and sent home with oxygen that was supplied by Apria Healthcare, after having there supplies at home for more than 2 years I received a registered letter stating that I owed a bill of $320.xx witch prompted me to call them and inquire what the charges were for, I was informed the charges were generated from the time I left the hospital, I then ask why I've never received a statement, they replied it was sent electronically to the email address they have on file, I informed them that I would never request a e-statement then I checked that email account and found no statement but, I did inform them that if they could send me an itemized statement saying what the charges were for the date of the charge the portion my insurance paid and the balance or my portion I would gladly pay my bill. the next thing I know I get a call from a collection agency, and a phone call from Apria saying they were going to pick up my oxygen supplies witch they did a few days later leaving me without. I did receive another unitemized bill and and soon after a call from a collection agency that I had to explain the whole situation to and they need to get what I need,"a proper bill" from Apria and I will then pay. never heard from that company again, now its a different agency. when will I get what I need or be left alone?

Long delay in receiving SD cards for my CPAP machine. Physicians office called over 2 months ago and placed the order. I called a week ago and the cards were just mailed. Representative says 7-10 business days to go 15.4 miles from Bridgeton to St. Peters?♀️ Ridiculous!

Only a couple hiccups throughout the entire process of getting my medical device and they were dealt with by the Apria team. Shipping has been quick. Reps on the phone have all been nice and helpful. I love the text messages prompting you to call in when action is needed. Krista (onsite in Maryland Heights) was exceptional!

Service was quick. When I followed up my doctor's call for a nebulizer, it was sent right away-same day. Same for my request for a mask. Everyone I talked with was courteous and helpful.

My experience was very poor.Apria was unable to follow through on their commitments burdening me because of their ineptitude.I will avoid using them in the future.I appreciate being contacted but what's done is done and I can't get what I lost back. Contact the office, they know what happened.
