I previously lived at a different complex, and followed management to Traditions after the complex started to change for the worse. These two are friendly, kind, and helpful. The property is well maintained, and if something needs fixed, it’s done quickly and correctly. The buildings see quiet, and the people are friendly. Living here was an excellent experience!”

“We moved into a 2 bedroom at Aventura at Wild Horse Creek in June 2022. Early this year, we wanted to downsize due to having a summer place elsewhere.
Lisa and Lauryn took very good care of us. They helped us navigate the transition to a one bedroom efficiently and seamlessly. Our former unit and current units are both in perfect condition. Modern and clean.
The maintenance team, JJ and Chris are skilled, responsive, fast and thorough.

“I attached my favorite part of my walk for the day. Andrew and Missy are fantastic and so nice! I stop and get coffee when I walk with my daughter in the mornings. I don’t have many work orders but when I do they are done the same day. My move here from out of state was so smooth, we did most of everything in email as I am so busy it was hard to do the phone. My friends like to hang out at the seating area with me! I really love how they rearranged the cornhole and seating. I’m excited to use the fireplace. Kokojoes had a cafeteria and they make ice coffees! 10/10 I love my apartment and my neighbors, so I’m right by the hospital, fire station. You have lots of shopping and walkable food and convenient stores. I love St. Peter’s it’s one of my favorite places to live in the Saint Charles county.”
