I was racially profiled by the toddler of one of the clerks. I was minding my business when the young child said, " Don't steal our stuff." All 4 of the clerks were too busy, congregating that by the time they heard the remark, I was already putting all of the things that I was about to purchase back on the shelves. I told the clerk to have a conversation with the child bc had I'd been someone else it probably would have gone left. I will never go back into that store and would not recommend. I miss the old Zubi. Edit today: Yes, the profiling HAPPENED to me. It was during the winter months. I decided to share my experience when google maps asked me about my experience. The owner is challenging me but my location is always on and I can go back in time to see exactly when it occured. Instead of apologizing and keeping it moving, this owner chooses to reply with a dismissal. Maybe, if the respondent would've genuinely apologized, I may have changed the rating. 0 stars and would not recommend. Still. I have no reason to lie. I take pride in my reviews. I have integrity. Keep notes everyone that THERE WAS A TODDLER MONTHS AGO. How would I know that if I'd never been there as the owner said??

Took my phone there to have the screen replaced. The price was great, the workers were friendly, and the service was super fast. I will definitely be going back there to get my phone case when I get my new one!

I went here to buy a cell phone. Nice choices of cell phones and appliances for them, but you still have to ask them a price, cause the prices are not really under some phones, and their prices have went up. I purchase a brand new cell phone some where else.

Sold me a broken phone knowingly and said they can fix it for $600 i went to the other store on Cherokee and they can fix it for $200. Shady and corrupt business that they are running, maybe its new management. Poor customer service and under-skilled workers.
