I sent an email with pictures to Zollinger Furniture and asked for a quote for the refinishing of the TOP only of a 3' X 6' table that had the varnish worn off the top from daily use. THREE WEEKS later I received a quote of $2184. I was flabbergasted! Over two thousand dollars to lightly sand and varnish the TOP of a table?! I am very disappointed that a supposedly reputable business would respond to a potential customer with such a ridiculous bid. Obviously they were too busy to accommodate me, and didn't want a small job, so threw out an outrageously ridiculous number. What kind of business practice is this?!

One of the few true furniture repair shops left. I've brought several broken table legs and they've been repaired immaculately. Can't even tell they were ever broken. If you need furniture repaired, this is the best place in STL to go!

Called for an estimate on furniture repair. Someone came out, looked at the furniture, told me they would get back with a quote. Never heard from them. Called to see if maybe it got lost somewhere--person answering the phone said she would have him call. Never heard from him. Found someone else to do the work.

These guys are super unresponsive when trying to get a quote. When I called to follow up on a days old email, I was given some serious attitude about how busy they are and defensive excuses about not being able to respond to all emails. Yikes! Was really hoping to work with this company, but customer service was nonexistent!

Zollinger wasn't able to help me with a midcentury Brown Jordan aluminum patio chair repair but they took the time do a bit of research and call me back with the name of an excellent machine shop in the area who was. Going out of their way worth 5 stars in my book.

Truly "Old World" Craftsmanship! Not for everyone as it can be expensive. However, for Family Heirloom Antique restoration, there is none better than Zollinger. This is our fourth time using them.

Get out your wallet if you go here. In the end, I did not actually use their services since the bid was over $1000 more than the company I went with!!! While they may be good, the prices are outrageous. I guess they need to cover all their advertising costs. I left Zollingers insulted. What an exaggerated sense of worth.

My wife and I live in Shiloh IL and recently had Zollingers refinish a dining room table and chair that had been damaged we thought beyond repair by a recent move from Indianapolis IN. Much to our surprise and joy Zollingers was not only able to repair both, but they look better than before the damage occurred! From the moment I contacted them till they delivered our table and chair back to us, I have never had a more professional experience in my life and I'm 63. It restores my faith in the business world we know today that there are still quality workman doing quality work for a very reasonable price! We would recommend them to anyone and have already done so and we only received our table back on 03/11/16 thank you again!

We needed our four poster king bed repaired quickly. Tom, Linda and the delivery team were very professional and completed the job two days before our drop dead date. The finish matched perfectly The quality of the craftsmanship was perfect. I highly recommend Zollinger.
