Disingenuous and Shady
They will lie to your face on pricing and subscription. They will not make things right. I came in for a quick car wash, an employee told me/convinced me it was 3 months for $17.50. That was an obvious lie. Customer Support will do nothing to help. AVOID unless you want to be mislead.

I feel they need to update the wash. Figure out how to get the back windows cleaned with small spoilers. Use a mop to clean back windows might solve the issue. They used to spray the back and sides but don't anymore. Sometimes some spinners aren't working so I feel it's not giving me the best wash it could.

I had such a pleasant experience with the assistant manager at this location. She was so helpful with fixing my membership an downloading the app. I loved her and I'll definitely be back my truck looks amazing and the air freshners make it smell great!!!!!!! Thumbs up!!!!!

I have never seen a carwash that the car comes out of the tunnel full of soap and not even pre soaked and when you ask the attendant her response is simply I do not know, but it’s supposed to come out of the tunnel with soap, and on top of that no clean towels to dry the car or clean it. For $18 wash that I purchased there’s many options throughout Lindbergh area that washes are way much better then zips.
